IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Nestled front and centre in the Margarets Beach Resort, our two story townhouse is perfectly positioned with just a short walk from the famous Gnarabup swim beach and White Elephant Beach Cafe. We are very fortunate to have “The Common” Restaurant and Bar on site, a pool and two playgrounds for the kids. For the surfers, spot “The Box” from our balcony 🌊

Best of both worlds - centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main street in Margaret River & quiet peaceful street.

A private driveway, will lead you to the quaint, Kingfisher Grove Cottage. Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accomodation in the perfect Margaret River location. Take a walk to the river, visit the local cafe's, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West. Luxury king size bed, quality linens & towels, huge bathroom with large shower & laundry facilities including washing machine. Kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave & dishwasher. There is strictly no smoking in or around this property.
