Family-friendly holiday rentals in Gràcia

Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

We had a fabulous time staying here. The villa was amazing with beautiful views. Lots of space and the pool was a great addition in the heat. Great base to get to the F1 circuit. Would definitely return 😃

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Quiet place near Barcelona. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and the clear instructions. Many amenities are available, it is very functional. The terrace is nice and communication with the host is very smooth. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the outdoors and the surroundings, but the residential area seems very charming.

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We loved the neighbourhood of the duplex – tasty bakeries, cafés, eateries, and groceries are round the corner and Sant Boi train station only a few minutes away by walk, yet it’s nice & quiet inside. We went to the major tourist attractions downtown by public transportation (~half an hour one way) and to the airport directly by bus L77 (~20 min). Spacious, cozy, accessible and with the basic amenities we needed, this duplex was perfect for our group of six. Raquel was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Will book it again if we come back to visit Barcelona.

The cozy apartment, very well located. It has everything you could possibly need. The reception was correct, very friendly and helpful. It was definitely worth it.

1.5 weeks end of May with my partner and our two children, both below 4 years. The host prepared a travel bed for infants, and we also made use of the kitchen and the washing machine. These and the two bedrooms were very useful for us. The street is very calm on most days but also doesn’t feel deserted or dangerous. There was a street carnival on one of the weekends, both nights until 1am; however, we saw several stages in surrounding streets and squares as well, so I guess having some loud public festival nearby is just the price for staying in Gracia. It was quite ok with closed windows, and there’s AC in the apartment. I loved the atmosphere of the building and especially the tiny balcony that everyone has in the old town. A downside is the narrow staircase, which made life with a stroller difficult. Probably the only negative I’d mention for families with small kids. The host replied to every question clearly and fast. This flat was a great choice!

From the moment we arrived at the apartment, everything was spectacular. Both the welcome from Cloe and the communication with Laura by messages, always attentive and responding quickly. She was willing to help throughout our stay and the apartment is really beautiful, impeccable and with an extraordinary location. We will definitely be back!!

Great Air BnB for a short term stay, we found the apartment easily thanks to the helpful instructions provided and the check in was informative and helpful. The apartment was clean and all amenities / recourses were just what we needed. There is a restaurant opposite that can provide some noise as the owners stand outside chatting but it was never anything that massively disturbed our sleep. There is also a dog that barks quite a bit from a neighbouring balcony so I would say if you are in the main bedroom (the front facing bedroom) you might want to take into account that it can be somewhat noisy, again nothing that massively impacted us but good to note! The hosts were super lovely and checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure we were happy and comfortable. It’s super close to the L4 metro line and a walkable distance to the Sagrada Família. There is also a bus route to take you to places like Park Güell. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend!

Bruno was an exceptional host with amazing recommendations to make our stay memorable. We loved the apartment and were said to say goodbye! It was just perfect for our family of four.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

We had a great weekend at Mercedes. Mercedes is a very pleasant person, smiling, always available to discuss and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good advice on visits and other things. Its housing is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins walk to reach the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate at 1 great restaurant, La Ponderosa, 10 mins' walk away, where the paella and tapas are excellent and cheap! To summarize, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. The Place was clean an very beautiful!

Myself and 10 friends booked this villa for a week and it was such a fantastic experience! The villa and surrounding grounds are spectacular. The villa is clean, bedrooms comfortable and all modern appliances to cook for yourself and plenty of space for up to 12 people. There is a small grocery shop 4 min walk away where we were able to do all of our shopping, very handy. It would be even better if there was more sun loungers for all guests for next time. Chee-Kong was great and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We plan to book again in the future.

Jepis was a great host and the property is exactly as the listing states. We were pleasantly surprised by the surrounding area too - very accessible and amazing food options nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break!
