Holiday rentals with a patio in Grad Kaštela

The location is great—super close to the airport, which made my travel really convenient. The place has air conditioning and a TV, plus all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for something practical and comfortable!:)

Natalija is a super open-minded, warm and uncomplicated host, she was always available for questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The location of the apartment is perfect for excursions to Split or Trogir. The small beach in the village can be reached quickly for a cooling off, there are many supermarkets nearby. Thank you 🩷

Ana and Goran are very friendly and extremely pleasant hosts. Communication was very good both before arrival and on site. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need! The terrace is the absolute highlight of this apartment. We would book the apartment again and can only recommend it!

we had a great time! Although the host did not speak English, we understood each other and immediately provided us with the necessary and helped us with our requests. the house is 25 minutes from Split and is close to bakeries and supermarkets. The area is really quiet and pleasant with plenty of sea and beach a 10-minute walk from the house. the host at our check-out was very kind and gave us two personalized souvenirs. A very nice and appreciated gesture, thank you!!

We were a group of five people and had a wonderful time at Kristina's. The apartment was in excellent condition – very clean and equipped with everything you need. There were many practical extras like a grill, TV and everyone had plenty of space. The pool was a highlight in particular – we had a lot of fun and spent a lot of time there! Kristina was very friendly, open and helpful. She had great recommendations for excursions and restaurants in the area. In addition, we always had the feeling of being undisturbed and private. You can watch the planes and you don't hear them after a short time. With the car, we could go on beautiful excursions, for example to Split or Trogir – both places are only about 20–30 minutes away. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and the hostess and will gladly come back!

We were very enthusiastic. The stay was truly wonderful; the apartment is clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked the new, modern, and luxurious design of the entire apartment and terrace. You feel more than just comfortable. We received several restaurant and activity suggestions from Katarina, all of which were fantastic. We were especially impressed with the boat tour that Katarina organized for us! You travel by private speedboat to many islands, beautiful beaches, and docks that far surpass those around Split! If you want to feel like you're in paradise for a day, I can only recommend it! The terrace is a highlight, and we spent many great evenings there. The hot tub is clean and like new. Katarina checked in several times to see if everything was okay and responded immediately whenever we had a question. She is a perfect host, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely book another stay there! Once again, many thanks for the wonderful time!

Our stay with Goran was a complete success! He was very friendly and helpful in advance, and he was also available for questions at any time during our stay. You can immediately tell that Goran goes to great lengths to make his guests have a good time. The accommodation was absolutely top-notch – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the stay. Dear Goran, thank you for your hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Perfect villa but far from the center

Great house, amazing pool and top-notch facilities! Everything was super clean and well-equipped — we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

We were 3 adults and 2 Labradors. The house was as described in the pictures and description. It was clean, tidy and everything you needed and even more. The property was completely fenced and the dogs could always move freely. There are many dog beaches in the immediate vicinity (8 min by car). The view was a dream, the pool was great and was cleaned regularly. We had a relaxing 12 days. Ivan was always friendly and helpful, we can only recommend this accommodation. Price performance is absolutely recommended.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

Everything was fine, it was a very clean and modern apartment. Close to a supermarket and a few minutes walk to the beach. Antonela was a very nice host :)

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation! Air conditioning in each room, fully equipped kitchen, clean dishwasher, a large balcony where we liked to have breakfast and dinner. I can gladly recommend it. Marko was a very friendly host, and we had no questions and no problems. The location is particularly suitable for families, it was our second vacation in Kaštela. Quiet beaches with shallow entry, showers, rentals. A little further on you will find the old town and restaurants. In 15 minutes you can reach Trogir, in 30 minutes Split, you can have a nice afternoon trip.

Really lovely place, close to an absolutely beautiful beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Host met us at the airbnb and replied very efficiently to all our queries leading up to the trip. The place itself was okay, decent rooms and kitchen but there was also access to a gorgeous terrace which was nice to sit out in the sun and have a drink! Storm was forecast while we were there too, and the host even allowed us to stay past check in which was so generous and kind!

We had a great time visiting family. It is located near beach and public transport, kids loved that.

This is a fabulous property with lovely hosts. When we arrived there was a platter waiting for us with water and juice in the fridge, which was really appreciated. The property is in excellent condition. Two big double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, and a good size pool and patio area. Ideally located at the foot of the hills but within 20 minutes drive of Split and 5 minutes drive from a couple of great restaurants recommended by Marijana. Would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

check in was easy the place was as described, very close to a local feeling beach, which was a nice change from the tourist ones near split. Check in was easy for the most part in regards to keys but you have to send pictures of everyone's passports to her and if she wasn't able to read info it caused some back and forth between you and the host causing delay in your vacation. My only issues with the airbnb is that you can't leave the air-conditioner on when you leave as the key for the electricity is attached to the house key. the other issue I noted was a large amount of ants in the living room on our arrival. other then the ants the place was clean and seemed well maintained. Over it is still an amazing airbnb with a good location if you don'twant to be in the city center with lots of great food options nearby.
