Great host, lovely apartment, would recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Deni ist wirklich sehr bemüht. Man wird persönlich willkommen geheißen und bekommt einen Einblick in die Umgebung sowie Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Standort - man wacht direkt mit Meerblick auf und ist sehr zentral. Der Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight - ob in der Früh beim Frühstück oder am Abend bei einem Glas Wein - und das mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein aber fein. Für mich als Alleinreisende war sie genau passend. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder hierher.

Excellent séjour, l’appartement était dans un état impeccable et paraît même plus grand que sur les photos. L’endroit est très calme est à proximité de nombreux magasins, la plage est à 3 min en voiture avec restaurant bar et jeux pour enfants. Restaurant à proximité également excellent. Encore merci à Marijana et Mateo !

Tout est parfait. L'appartement est très confortable, moderne entièrement climatisé et particulièrement équipé. Top ! Jardin et piscine sont superbes. De plus l'appartement se situe à quelques minutes de la mer, à 20 minutes du centre de Split, 10 minutes de Trogir et 55 minutes du parc de Krka. Bravo et merci à Ivana et sa fille.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la semaine de vacances que nous avons passé chez Blazenka. Le logement est facile d’accès en bus ou voiture de l’aéroport. Le bus donne aussi accès à Split et Trogir. Supermarché et restaurant et plage accessibles à pied. Le logement est calme et bien équipé (Clim, lave linge, frigo, plaque électrique). Blazenka a été très accueillant à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons ce logement

Ana hat uns ganz herzlich abends empfangen, kalte Getränke standen bereit & nach der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar direkt zu einem Supermarkt gefahren. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und die Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool einfach herrlich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Ana war immer erreichbar für jegliche Fragen und hatte tolle Tipps für Restaurants oder ähnliches. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden. Gerne wieder ☀️

We were very enthusiastic. The stay was truly wonderful; the apartment is clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked the new, modern, and luxurious design of the entire apartment and terrace. You feel more than just comfortable. We received several restaurant and activity suggestions from Katarina, all of which were fantastic. We were especially impressed with the boat tour that Katarina organized for us! You travel by private speedboat to many islands, beautiful beaches, and docks that far surpass those around Split! If you want to feel like you're in paradise for a day, I can only recommend it! The terrace is a highlight, and we spent many great evenings there. The hot tub is clean and like new. Katarina checked in several times to see if everything was okay and responded immediately whenever we had a question. She is a perfect host, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely book another stay there! Once again, many thanks for the wonderful time!

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und man hat den ganzen Tag Schatten. Wir haben einige Dinge vorgefunden wie Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel/Shampoo, Müllbeutel, Gewürze und die Betten waren bereits frisch bezogen. Der Gastgeber war immer schnell erreichbar und kam uns entgegen. Von der Unterkunft aus, kam man schnell zu Supermärkten, in die Stadt Split und Trogir. Die Anbindung zur Hauptstraße war super um in alle Richtungen zu kommen.

Familjens vistelse på Villa Lucis var helt fantastisk, och vår värd Žeki gjorde verkligen upplevelsen extra speciell. Från första stund möttes vi av ett varmt och personligt bemötande. Žeki är en otroligt engagerad och omtänksam värd som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Villan är fantastisk – rymlig, elegant och med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Rummen var smakfullt inredda och erbjöd gott om utrymme för både avkoppling och samvaro. Barnen älskade att utforska de olika utrymmena, medan vi vuxna njöt av de små detaljerna som gav en känsla av lyx. Utomhusområdet var en riktig höjdpunkt för hela familjen. Poolen var ren och inbjudande – perfekt för både lek och avkoppling. Trädgården erbjöd en lugn och vacker miljö, och vi njöt av att äta middag tillsammans ute medan vi beundrade den fantastiska utsikten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Lucis till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd semester. Vi ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden!

Great house, amazing pool and top-notch facilities! Everything was super clean and well-equipped — we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

One of the best places I've stayed in! The villa is absolutely stunning with the ocean and mountain side views. The pool was a great touch to cap it off. The place was the perfect size for our group and was extremely clean. Hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Definitely would recommend!

Jure är en riktigt bra värd, och hans boende var vackert beläget lite utanför hektiska Split i mysiga Kaštel Lukšić. Gångavstånd till strand, nära till matbutik, och det fanns till och med en grill och en supermysig uteplats! 10/10 vill verkligen komma tillbaka 🌞

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Antonio is a great host. All questions and problems answered in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend for groups!

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Wie sind mir der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Spülmaschine, ein großer Balkon, wo wir gerne Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten. Ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, und wir hatten gar keine Fragen und keine Probleme. Die Lage passt besonders für Familien gut, es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Kaštela. Ruhige Strände mit flachem Eingang, Duschen, Verleih. Etwas weiter findet man Altstadt und Restaurants. In 15 Min. erreicht man Trogir, in 30 Min. Split, man kann einen schönen Nachmittagsausflug machen.

Really lovely place, close to an absolutely beautiful beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Host met us at the airbnb and replied very efficiently to all our queries leading up to the trip. The place itself was okay, decent rooms and kitchen but there was also access to a gorgeous terrace which was nice to sit out in the sun and have a drink! Storm was forecast while we were there too, and the host even allowed us to stay past check in which was so generous and kind!

Appartamento molto pulito, in più l’appartamento veramente bello e moderno, host super gentile e sorridente, per ogni cosa ci ha risposto subito ed è stata disponile L’appartamento in un ottima pozione. È stato tutto ottimo. Siamo rimasti. Molto contenti

check in was easy the place was as described, very close to a local feeling beach, which was a nice change from the tourist ones near split. Check in was easy for the most part in regards to keys but you have to send pictures of everyone's passports to her and if she wasn't able to read info it caused some back and forth between you and the host causing delay in your vacation. My only issues with the airbnb is that you can't leave the air-conditioner on when you leave as the key for the electricity is attached to the house key. the other issue I noted was a large amount of ants in the living room on our arrival. other then the ants the place was clean and seemed well maintained. Over it is still an amazing airbnb with a good location if you don'twant to be in the city center with lots of great food options nearby.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war Mega sauber und ordentlich und sah genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Ksenija ist eine super nette Gastgeberin und unheimlich zuvorkommend :). Eine bessere Gastgeberin können wir uns gar nicht vorstellen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Man ist nach einem kurzen Fußweg bei Geschäften, einem Bäcker und auch Restaurants. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur ein kurzer Fußweg entfernt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Nicht lange nachdenken: Buchen. Es lohnt sich!
