Monthly Rentals in Grad Komiža

Thanks so much Boris for a great stay. Komiza is a stunning little town and this place is perfectly placed right on the sea front close to restaurants and the main beach. Air con worked great so nice and cool despite the heat. comfortable bed and peaceful location. Stunning view from the balcony (the pictures don't do it justice). Kitchen great for cooking with everything you need and the kayak was a fabulous extra. Wonderful quaint little island with plenty to do for a week's stay and so relaxing. Highly recommend.

This accommodation is a gem! We spent a wonderful week here. Perfect amenities even with a small child (harness, high chair, bed). Even beach towels are provided. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable. The access road is not paved but can be easily accessed with a normal vehicle. And on top of everything, Romano is a very likeable, reliable and accommodating host, messages are always answered within a very short time. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

We absolutely loved Mirela’s place! It was the perfect spot to unwind for a couple of days and enjoy some swimming. Honestly, it looks even better in person than in the photos. The place is cozy and very clean. Mirela was kind, responsive, and generously let us check in early. Her mother, Zada, was also wonderful and welcoming. We brought some groceries and grabbed sandwiches and pastries from the Mamma Mia 2 bakery nearby - highly recommend that too! The paddle board and dinghy were great extras, and there are plenty of cozy spots to relax in either sun or shade. This is easily one of my top 3 favorite Airbnbs ever. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of town. Very peaceful and relaxing space. It is located in a vineyard, so please be aware that there are bugs (ie bees, grasshoppers, spiders) in the outside spaces. It is a working farm! One note: air conditioning is very limited as it runs off solar power. We were fine with fans and the cooler night air.
