Beautiful very bright apartment, located in a very central area 100 meters from the beach. Habitable terrace overlooking a lovely square at the intersection of two pedestrian boulevards. Secure parking on request. Recently the furniture has been renovated and excellent soundproofing of the apartment has been created.
