The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Alp11 - Vacation in a dream house

Traditional wooden construction meets modern ambiance. Our Chalet Alp11 (built in 2021) is a traditionally built carpenter's wooden house made of pure natural materials and excellent energy efficiency. Hidden in the center of Garmisch and surrounded by a lot of "green," you are in the middle of it and yet next to it. Pets are welcome with us.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
