La casita está dentro de nuestro jardín, pero es totalmente independiente. La parcela tiene vistas directas al Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de belleza espectacular. Está a 5 minutos en coche de La Pedriza,a 20 min del Puerto de Navacerrada y a 35 min de Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

Spacious entrance, large kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 1.50 m bed, living room with a 90 cm sofa bed, two full bathrooms with shower and a cozy terrace. It is on the fifth floor with an elevator. Central heating and hot water by electric thermos. Bus and supermarket 200 meters away. No parties and no pets allowed.

You can visit: Church of Santa María la Real, 2 min walk away. River Duero 200m away Tip for a day trip: Burgos is 1 hour away by car. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.
