Holiday rentals with beach access in Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Pobyt mega udany. Przemili gospodarze Wiola i Paweł bardzo pomocni we wszystkim. Piękny apartament, czystość 100%, wyposażony w najdrobniejsze detale. W rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Piękne widoki z ogromnego tarasu: morze i góry. Do centrum Alicante ok.15min taxi bądź 20min miejskim autobusem. Przystanek blisko apartamentu. Do morza z apartamentu ok 15min spacerkiem. Przeogromny basen nieco wyżej apartamentu. Cóż więcej pisać, to trzeba po prostu zobaczyć. My cztery przyjaciółki z Polski na pewno wrócimy. We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the hot days!). The location was great – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Will very much recommend Anna's place. Everything checked out as described. We especially loved the ocean view with the lights of Alicante in the background.

Absolutely fantastic host and wonderful accommodation, we booked it as a last minute holiday and James the owner was amazing (nothing was too much trouble). the pool is lovely (as long as your not scared to jump in to cold water!) the kids loved it and the little park. The beach is beautiful and a lovely walk on a hot day, the local restaurants and pubs are all lovely, with a special shout out to the CAFE FLUER who are excellent. Although it’s not in a big city/ town there’s plenty to do and it was only €1.75 each to get to Alicante by bus for a day out. In summary A peaceful & beautiful area with a lovely accommodation provided by a fantastic host !! We definitely recommend it!

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Het huis en de tuin zijn zeer schoon, netjes en functioneel. Precies zo als op de foto's. Het woningblok is heel fijn helemaal af te sluiten met een hek zodat er geen vreemden rondlopen, alleen bewoners. Het huis ligt heel centraal in een rustige wijk gelegen, dicht bij supermarkt, wegen en het vliegveld, maar daar hoor je niets van! De host reageert altijd en heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De binnentuin is top voor kinderen, ook daar alles keurig netjes. Wij hebben genoten van dit grote en ruime huis, alles makkelijk schoon te houden ook. De Spaanse gastvrijheid was ook heel prettig. Al met al een aanrader, je krijgt veel voor je geld.

¡Hemos pasado un fin de semana increible! La casa es perfecta y tiene de todo, además, con la piscina y la barbacoa no te hace falta ni salir de allí. Ideal para pasar unos dias con amigos. Adela es estupenda, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Su marido, Manolo, también se ha portado genial con nosotros. Sin duda, vale la pena!! Gracias por todo

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Потрясающее место и вид , в квартире все что нужно для комфортного прибывания . Рассветы великолепные с видом прямо с кровати спальни . Хозяин заботливый и все время на связи . Место , цена и качество идеальны . Тот случай , когда реальность превзошла ожидания . Удобный район с точки зрения транспортного сообщения в центр и аэропорт . Широкие пляжи и замечательный песок . Я бы сюда еще вернулась . Искренне рекомендую !))))

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
