Holiday rentals with lake access in Gran Alacant

Fint och härligt område och fräscht hus, fullt utrustat och med en mysig takterrass. Flera fina pooler på området och promenadavstånd till havet. Vi och våra barn trivdes jättebra! Det kan vara bra att veta att det inte finns något större supermarket i närheten utan att det enklaste nog är att ha bil. Det finns några restauranger inom gångavstånd men inga som serverar traditionell spansk mat i alla fall inte under perioden vi var där, där finns även ett litet supermarket men den har inget större utbud av matvaror. Restaurangerna har bra barnmenyer! Rekommenderar verkligen boendet om ni vill ha en lugn och mysig vistelse 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ إقامة تفوق التوقعات لا أستطيع أن أعبّر بما فيه الكفاية عن مدى روعة هذه الإقامة في سانتابولا. البيت كان جميلًا ومريحًا للغاية، نظيف ومجهّز بكل ما أحتاج إليه، لكن ما ميّز التجربة فعلًا هو المضيف الرائع. منذ اللحظة الأولى، شعرت أنني في أيدٍ أمينة—كان دائم التواصل، يقدّم المساعدة حتى قبل أن أطلبها، ويعامل الضيوف كما لو كانوا أصدقاء مقربين. شعرت بصدق اهتمامه وحُسن ضيافته، وكان وجوده سببًا في راحتي واطمئناني طوال فترة الإقامة. هذه ليست مجرد إقامة، بل تجربة مليئة بالتقدير والإنسانية، وأتمنى للجميع أن يحظوا بمضيف مثله. شكرًا من القلب، وأتطلع بشوق إلى العودة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

Pasamos una semana fantástica, no nos faltó de nada en la casa, muy cerquita de Villajoyosa y del mismo pueblo de Orxeta. Zona muy tranquila y casa confortable con camas muy cómodas la verdad como si estuvieras en tu casa. La piscina da mucho juego y se está de lujo en el porche.Le faltaría un repasito a los exteriores y una vallado a toda la finca por todo lo demás genial, para volver

Maravilloso lugar para descansar y relajarse un fin de semana en familia o con amigos, los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo, muy recomendable, sin duda repetiría.

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 nuits dans cette jolie maison 🌈 La vue depuis la terrasse du haut est magnifique 🤩 Le jardin partagé est vraiment agréable 🫶 Le mobilier est très confortable 🌟 Nous avons eu tout l’espace dont nous avions besoin ☺️ Les hôtes sont très attentionnées, à l’écoute et disponibles ♥️ Nous sommes ravis et nous recommandons ce logement à 20 minutes des plages fabuleuses 🌞 Notre petit chien était aussi enchanté que nous de ce séjour. 🐾 Merci beaucoup 🌸 Chloé, Aymeric, Estelle, Bébé et Oktopouss 🐾

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La vue du logement est très agréable.

Apartamento totalmente recomendable, tenía de todo, una terraza desde la cual podías ver un poco el mar, por la noche se estaba super fresquito. No se necesita el coche para ir a la playa, lo cual para nosotros es fantástico. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones, han estado pendiente de nosotros desde el minuto uno hasta el final. Tienes el paseo marítimo a cinco minutos andando. Sin lugar a dudas si vuelvo por la zona repetiría sin lugar a dudas

Lovely clean property in quiet location. Some nice restaurants nearby, close to the local corner shop to grab essentials. Pools and communal areas all immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

Perfekte Wohnung! Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen, mit traumhaftem Meerblick vom Balkon. Alles ist durchdacht eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind super bequem – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die beiden Gastgeber Peter und Susanne sind außerdem sehr sympathisch, bemüht und hilfsbereit!

This was the second time we stayed at Sylvie’s place. It was as relaxing and enjoyable as the first time around. House is beautifully maintained, still looks brand new. The pool and the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Everything you need is nearby, but if you want little more adventure, car is essential. If you just want to chill at the pool, there is enough shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will be back again.

Such a lovely place, and so glad we got to stay here! Only issue was the lack of signal, but was also nice to disconnect! Would happily reccomend to family and friends, and would love to stay again!

appartement super top loué a la dernière minute. super accueil , petites barres chocolatées et eau fraîche a l accueil merci pour cette petite attention. d une propreté excellente et tres bien aménagé et proche de tout plage , restaurant, fête foraine , commerces une pepite vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés. merci a vous madame pour cette excellente prestation.

Experiencia muy agradable, el piso estaba limpio, muy cuidado y ordenado, con todo lo que necesitábamos cerca de nosotros, las habitaciones increíbles con TV grandes y con todo equipado para disfrutar de lo que necesites, piscina comunitaria muy tranquila y bonita, la casa en general es muy confortable y cómoda, un hogar para cualquiera que se quede allí, en cuanto a Cristophe muy atento a todo, muy flexible, amable y educado, nosotros volveremos!
