Holiday rentals with a patio in Granada Hills, Los Angeles

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mila’s place. She was very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has a very cozy backyard. We were staying with our dog and really appreciated how convenient it was to let both our daughter and the dog play safely in the backyard. There’s a train that occasionally passes behind the yard, but during our 3-day stay, I didn’t hear it at all — only saw it once. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Edgar was very responsive after our previous Airbnb fell through, he responded right away and allowed us to check in early. He came and made sure everything was ready for us and that we knew how to use everything. He lives next door if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks! Place was very clean and stocked with ALL the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen.

Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

Noah was a very responsive host! We only stayed about 2 days all together but it was a great stay! Super close to Six Flags which is where we visited. Comfortable bedrooms, nice kitchen, clean, and very homey!

My wife and I lived in LA years ago but we were returning to take care of some loose ends and to visit with old friends and family. We brought our two small scruffy mutts so were looking for a house with a nice yard. Janeece's place fit the bill. Comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. The surrounding area offers shopping -- REI and Apple Store nearby -- and decent restaurants -- try the quirky "Kings Burgers and Got Sushi" (It's one restaurant). The highlight of our stay, however, was Janeece herself. Meticulous, accommodating, communicative -- she's the best host we've ever had and a definite value add if you choose to stay in this part of LA.

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Had the best stay at Daniels and was out favourite. Absolutely loved the place and the views from the jacuzzi 😍. We would definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!
