(Only one apartment above where I live with my wife, and we are relaxed and not in your business.) Enclosed, private patio with panoramic beach, island views plus gas fire pit & BBQ. Bungalow by the beach

Welcome to my bungalow! I spent a lot of time working on this place so I hope you guys LOVE it :) Close to Hueneme pier and Oxnard shores, many restaurants nearby! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.
