Karåla’s wonderful apartment is situated in a picturesque and very quiet residential area close to Nerja. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and beautifully designed. The nearby pool and eateries are a real bonus. The bus service connecting to Nerja is fast and easy. Karåla was the perfect host before, during and after our stay, with prompt, friendly and helpful communication throughout. We had a wonderful time and very highly recommend Karåla’s apartment.

A True Gem of Nerja – Beyond Expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away — and we’re not easily impressed! This Airbnb is even more stunning than the photos. Thoughtfully designed, spotless, and cozy, it felt like a stylish home away from home. What truly set it apart was the exceptional hospitality. Our hosts, Päivi & Peter, were attentive yet unobtrusive, and every detail was perfect — from the softest towels, fully stocked kitchenware to delightful surprise touches. We had everything we needed for a seamless, stress-free stay. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or unwinding after a day out, we felt completely relaxed and cared for. If you’re after more than just a place to sleep — something that elevates your whole trip — this is it. We can’t wait to return!

This is a truly unique place for a special get away. The views all round are stunning and entire complex is so different to anywhere else. We absolutely loved it and would recommend hugely to anyone.

The views from the balcony have to be seen to believed...a vista of the sea and the mountains. Great location easy walk into town, 10 minutes,and restaurants/cafes and two minute walk away. The apartment had everything you could need. The pool was fabulous a real feeling of swimming in the mountains.

Asunto oli aivan ihana ja rauhallinen. Sopi loistavasti rauhalliseen lomailuun lasten kanssa. Vieressä oleva golf kenttä oli hyvä. Uima-allas oli juuri sopivan kokoinen ja vesi oli hyvin huollettu. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja enemmänkin. Keittiön varustus oli hyvä, vaikka tila oli vähän pieni. Muut huoneet olivat tilavia. Suihkuissa oli hyvä paine. Majoittajana Angel oli todella ihana. Vastasi nopeasti ja huolehti siitä että meillä on kaikki hyvin. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui sujuvasti. Pistämme tämän kohteen muistiin ja mikäli olemme samalla suunnalla uudestaan liikkeellä on tämä loistava kohde majoittua uudestaan. Kiitos hyvästä majoituksesta.

What a place! Spotlessly clean and a cosy feel. Great few days - thank you

This place was absolutely incredible and so is Nuria. I stayed here with my partner. This was our first stop while touring Spain. Frigiliana is a great place to start. Streets are narrower than in the US so make sure you’re comfortable driving. We parked nearby and ended up walking around the town. We ate at Bar Virtudes, Bar la Alegría del Barrio, La Teberna Sancristian, and el Boquetillo. Cueva Nerja also nearby is amazing. On our last day here we went on Los Cahorros del Rio Chillar (~5-7 hour hike). Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. Nuria was great at communicating and giving recommendations. She showed us the best places to visit on the map outside the room. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr gut und Eva war bei Fragen gut erreichbar und hat sich schnell zurückgemeldet.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived everything was smooth, flexible check in and clear friendly communication made us feel welcome. The villa itself is spacious, spotless, well equipped, with plenty of room to relax both inside and out. The outdoor space is special, peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Sitting on the terrace, sharing meals and chatting in such a marvelous setting, was a real highlight for all of us. Antonio and Ana, who look after the property were fantastic, warm, helpful, made sure everything was right. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, with a great personality making the whole process so easy. One of the biggest bonuses was how accessible the villa is. It’s so hard to find genuinely wheelchair friendly places, this one was brilliant thoughtfully set up and easy to navigate. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to return. Highly Recommend!

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

Wat een heerlijke plek. Als je van rust en natuur houdt raden we dit fijne huisje aan. Het ligt 15 minuten rijden van Frigliana echter de weg is erg landelijk (geen verharde weg). Adtrid had dit aangegeven, dus wat grotere auto gehuurd. Qua wandelen vu het huis niet zo uitdagend,maar als je stukje rijdt komt het goed. Absoluut een aanrader dit huisje. Fijn verwarmd en alles is er. Dank je Astrid voor je gastvrijheid.

We had a lovely family stay at Jill's apartment in Nerja. The place is fully equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, ample space indoors and out on the terrace with the added bonus of the small grassy garden to chill out in! The bathrooms are small but functional, although those of us slightly larger individuals did struggle a little in the very small shower cubicle in the ensuite bathroom !! The grounds are stunning and very well maintained and plenty of parking if you have a car. The pools were sparkling clean and plenty of loungers when we visited in May. There are a few umbrellas but lots of trees in the grounds to perch under too. The short walk down to the pool from the apartment is a steep hill, and the walk back up is not for the feint hearted ! Jill was a very attentive host and the caretaker on site was available very quickly to deal with a couple of issues. All in all a very pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We hope to return sometime x

La petite maison de pêcheur au cœur d’un village blanc. Mignon, propre et bien aménagé ! Rien ne manquait! Des hôtes gentils et chaleureux très disponibles. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue superbe sur le village et les montagnes. Merci pour cette parenthèse côtière !

Vi hade en härlig tid i Nerja och lägenheten är bra planerad. På den soliga terrassen finns både utdragbara tvättlinor, tvättställning och tvättklämmor. Köket är mycket välutrustat. Enda nackdelen var TV:n som var alldeles för liten. Vi visste detta då det visas på bilderna. Vattentryck i kranar och avlopp var fantastiskt bra. Många trappor att ta sig till och från lägenheten gav bra träning. Det finns en busshållplats i närheten som går till centrum varje timme. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We had a lovely time! The views from the balcony are absolutely incredible, with the climb up the steps for sure! Perfect.

Ignacio is definitely a superhost!! Easygoing, very communicative, quick responsive and attentive. Even though we could not meet him, it was so obvious that he truly cares, and he makes all the necessary to make you have the best experience possible. He even borrowed us a couple of bicycles, as we were travelling with no car. The apartment is decorated exactly as shown in the pictures, and it has all the gadgets needed for a long stay. Also a good WiFi made remote working smoothly. The only thing that was not as expected was the terrace. It does not look the same as in the picture (probably a pic from some time ago), and we were expecting to access it directly from the apartment. But that was on us, because in the pics is to be seen that it is located on the roof of the building. Nevertheless, we spent most of the free time on the swimming pool area, which was really nice and enjoyable :) And the gym was also an awesome “nice to have”, since you will surely love the food and the tapas in the nearby restaurants. The village is located wonderfully, near the mountains, the city of Granada, the beach and many other sightseeing spots. By car you will be in almost no time everywhere. We went by bus and, although for us it was ok, you should now that the connections are not so frequent as you may expect, but the village is well connected with Granada city and Motril. And, in any case, in Vélez you will have all you need for a quite, enjoyable relaxing stay: several restaurants, ice cream shop, supermarket, fruit shop, hairdresser, etc. But do not expect any shopping area, though you have two dollar stores to cover your main needs.

Erg fijn appartement! Alles is aanwezig. De ruimte is zoals op de foto’s en omschreven is. Vanuit het balkon en dakterras super mooi uitzicht over de stad. Top locatie, communicatie en voorzieningen!

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kids bei Bruno, Gert und den vier liebevollen, süßen Dackeln verbracht. Die gesamte Anlage ist absolut exklusiv und in jeder Ecke steckt Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist wundervoll gepflegt, sauber und traumhaft schön angepflanzt. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Innenhof der großen Wohnung gibt einem eine angenehme Privatsphäre. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist abenteuerlich aber war für uns (und unseren Mietwagen) kein Problem. Man hat sich schnell an den kurzen Weg nach oben gewöhnt. Wir danken von Herzen für diese tollen Gastgeber und diesen wundervollen Urlaub!

The apartment is in a beautiful development of properties with well maintained gardens and private spaces. There was on-street parking a very short walk from the property and the instructions we received from Monica made it easy to drive to from the airport. The apartment was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture both inside and out on the balcony and in the private garden. The showers were powerful and the beds were very comfortable. It was about a 30 minute walk down into the town which is lovely and retains its charm with small streets and local shops and street markets. The walk back is uphill but worth it for the views over the coastline, especially from the balcony. There is a supermarket about a 10 minutes walk down the hill too so even though we had a car we could have manged without it. Overall, a lovely place for a break in the sunshine.

Lovely apartment with amazing views in the centre of Frigiliana old town, ideally situated for all the best bars, restaurants, galleries and exploring Frigiliana and Nerja (via the €1.30 bus). Felt very secure and at home, great to be able to have a bathroom each! Fantastic outdoor space, especially the huge roof terrace which meant even in January sun bathing was possible. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you John & Lesley for a wonderful stay x

Schöne ruhig gelegen Unterkunft von der wir super unsere Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß machen konnten. Pablo ist ein toller Gastgeber er hat für unsere Kinder Babyausstattung und Kinderspiele organisiert was unsere Kinder absolut toll fanden. Der Pool in der Unterkunft hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen wir waren sehr zufrieden.
