The house boasts modern finishes, a cozy gas fireplace, and amazing VIEWS. The master bedroom is situated with floor to ceiling windows and has an ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms each feature a large window and both have access to a bathroom. There is a bonus bedroom which has twin over twin bunkbeds. The garage has a level 2 EV charger.

While staying you can enjoy all that Granby Ranch has to offer in every season or access Winter Park or Grand Lake in quick 20 minute drives.
