Beachfront holiday rentals in Grand Baie

Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hostess was helpful and responsive. Short walk to a quiet side of the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved our stay here

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. Absolutely recommend this villa. Thank you Garry Martyn and Christine

Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus selber, der riesige tolle Garten, der grosse Pool, die Lage mit jeden Abend Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, besonders auch der herzliche Kontakt mit Andy und seiner Familie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer wurde sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und alles zeitnah beantwortet und Lösungen gefunden. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das das Haus mit Moskitonetz versehen ist und es kann jederzeit gelüftet werden. Der Mietwagen findet vor dem Haus direkt einen Parkplatz. Es sind sowohl teils Eurostecker vorhanden ausser den üblichen UK Steckdosen, so dass Adapter nicht unbedingt benötigt werden, aber auch die hätte Andy für uns gehabt. Ebenso war Besley, der sich um das Haus Pool und Garten kümmert, und nebenan lebt, jederzeit hilfreich zur Stelle. Also für uns war alles bestens und wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und allen Beteiligten für die schöne Zeit auf Mauritius danken.Andrea und Rudolf

Awesome stay at Baleau Villa, place has all listed amenities and is well located - Pereybere beach is 3 mins away with a great selection of restaurants around! We were offered homemade chicken curry with vegetables which was delicious ! Would definitely recommend! :))

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

Un appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Les photos sont conformes. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

The place is huge and spacious. They have cleaner that clean the house every day. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive. Highly recommended

The host was very polite and let us do the late check out. The apartment was clean and spacious. It's fully equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Two beautiful beaches are in a walkable distance, while a coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are in the neighboring building. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, l’emplacement était très bien pour pouvoir faire des courses, aller à la plage ainsi qu’au restaurant sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture et visiter le nord de Maurice. Le logement était propre, le petit jardin était un vrai plus. Bien équipé pour accueillir un bébé Petit bémol pour le bruit, la route qui passe juste derrière le mur du jardin est une route principale avec beaucoup de passages et des voitures qui roulent vite.

Logement très bien placé à grand baie et correspond encore mieux aux photos de l'annonce. Peggy a été très réactive à nos demandes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. L’appartement était propre et spacieux. De plus, il se situe à 1 minute à pieds de la plage ce qui est idéal. L’avantage est aussi que nous avons pu profiter du parking et de la piscine de l’hôtel. :)

Absolutely loved staying at Antonio's apartment! The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is new and kept exceptionally clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen which was well stocked in utensils for all our cooking needs - this is a rare find as most self catering accommodation lacks all cooking essentials. The quality of kitchen utensils was exceptional for a holiday stay, which I personally enjoyed. Antonio is fast to respond to any questions. Also loved the local hospitality of Isabelle and Yanick. This apartment was definitely a home away from home in its comfortably!

Emplacement parfait, appartement magnifique avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur : un petit balcon pour profiter du soleil le matin lors du petit déjeuner, un coin salon avec deux balançoires pour se relaxer en rentrant des visites, une cuisine toute équipée et une salle de bain moderne. Sans parler de l’extérieur avec sa grande piscine, sa salle de musculation bien fournie, le coin détente, le coin barbecue... tout est magnifique. Des hôtes formidables qui vous conseillent au mieux sur les choses à visiter, très gentils, respectueux, à l’écoute et attentifs. J’ai pu partager une soirée grillade et rhum à leurs côtés et ce fut parfait. Je recommande à 1000 % et je reviendrai, c’est sûr ! À bientôt.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé dans une très belle résidence . Belles prestations . Nous avons apprécié l’attention de notre hôte lors de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans le logement de Béatrice. Ce logement est très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les petits plus bien appréciables : la literie, la piscine, la plage à proximité, résidence paisible, … Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Appartement magnifique, de grand standing. Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre est appréciable. La vue sur les îlots est incroyable. La plage privée est propre mais on ne peut guerre s'y baigner à marée basse. Heureusement qu'il y a la piscine. L'accès à la résidence n'est pas facile, par un chemin caillouteux longeant la plage. Cette emplacement nous a permit de rejoindre Grand Baie pour une excursion à l'îlot Gabriel, Top👍

Nous avons passés deux mois chez Sonia . Notre séjour a été magnifique . Sonia est très agréable , toujours accessible , elle vient tout de suite lorsque c'est nécessaire . Sans jamais s'imposer . L'appartement est confortable , bien situé à Grand Baie . Il y a aussi la possibilité de faire du Catamaran avec un équipage très sympathique et des tarifs préférentiels pour les locataires de Sonia . Nous en avons profitez plusieurs fois toujours avec plaisir . Merci pour vos marques d'attention à l'arrivée et au départ . C'était agréable . Il y a aussi la possibilité de garer la voiture en toute sécurité . Merci encore , et peut-être à bientôt , car si nous revenons à Maurice nous reviendrons assurément chez vous Sonia .

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, unkompliziert, schnelle Rückmeldung, einfacher Check in und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Würde definitiv wieder buchen, der Strand ist direkt gegenüber und für mich einer der schönsten auf der Insel. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. weiter so 👍👍

Wow! What an amazing place. We felt at home. Immediately! We even got invited to the birthday dinner from parvin (husband) . The whole family is now our family! Sita and her family liked to talk with us about everything, when we were tired we were also respected to just say good night, Thank you very much. We will keep you in our hearts !!! I stayed at Ashraf’s place for six weeks and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, fast internet and incredibly well-equipped, perfect for a long stay. The private terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower was my favourite spot to unwind. Ashraf is a genuinely kind and attentive host, always available with great local tips and quick to help with anything from airport transfers, to days out and car hires. The location is peaceful yet close to everything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough, it was the highlight of my time in Mauritius. Thanks for being such a kind host Ashraf!
