Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hostess was helpful and responsive. Short walk to a quiet side of the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved our stay here

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus selber, der riesige tolle Garten, der grosse Pool, die Lage mit jeden Abend Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, besonders auch der herzliche Kontakt mit Andy und seiner Familie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer wurde sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und alles zeitnah beantwortet und Lösungen gefunden. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das das Haus mit Moskitonetz versehen ist und es kann jederzeit gelüftet werden. Der Mietwagen findet vor dem Haus direkt einen Parkplatz. Es sind sowohl teils Eurostecker vorhanden ausser den üblichen UK Steckdosen, so dass Adapter nicht unbedingt benötigt werden, aber auch die hätte Andy für uns gehabt. Ebenso war Besley, der sich um das Haus Pool und Garten kümmert, und nebenan lebt, jederzeit hilfreich zur Stelle. Also für uns war alles bestens und wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und allen Beteiligten für die schöne Zeit auf Mauritius danken.Andrea und Rudolf

Awesome stay at Baleau Villa, place has all listed amenities and is well located - Pereybere beach is 3 mins away with a great selection of restaurants around! We were offered homemade chicken curry with vegetables which was delicious ! Would definitely recommend! :))

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

The place is huge and spacious. They have cleaner that clean the house every day. Host is easy to communicate and very responsive. Highly recommended

The host was very polite and let us do the late check out. The apartment was clean and spacious. It's fully equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Two beautiful beaches are in a walkable distance, while a coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are in the neighboring building. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, l’emplacement était très bien pour pouvoir faire des courses, aller à la plage ainsi qu’au restaurant sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture et visiter le nord de Maurice. Le logement était propre, le petit jardin était un vrai plus. Bien équipé pour accueillir un bébé Petit bémol pour le bruit, la route qui passe juste derrière le mur du jardin est une route principale avec beaucoup de passages et des voitures qui roulent vite.

Logement très bien placé à grand baie et correspond encore mieux aux photos de l'annonce. Peggy a été très réactive à nos demandes.

Absolutely loved staying at Antonio's apartment! The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is new and kept exceptionally clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen which was well stocked in utensils for all our cooking needs - this is a rare find as most self catering accommodation lacks all cooking essentials. The quality of kitchen utensils was exceptional for a holiday stay, which I personally enjoyed. Antonio is fast to respond to any questions. Also loved the local hospitality of Isabelle and Yanick. This apartment was definitely a home away from home in its comfortably!

Emplacement parfait, appartement magnifique avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur : un petit balcon pour profiter du soleil le matin lors du petit déjeuner, un coin salon avec deux balançoires pour se relaxer en rentrant des visites, une cuisine toute équipée et une salle de bain moderne. Sans parler de l’extérieur avec sa grande piscine, sa salle de musculation bien fournie, le coin détente, le coin barbecue... tout est magnifique. Des hôtes formidables qui vous conseillent au mieux sur les choses à visiter, très gentils, respectueux, à l’écoute et attentifs. J’ai pu partager une soirée grillade et rhum à leurs côtés et ce fut parfait. Je recommande à 1000 % et je reviendrai, c’est sûr ! À bientôt.

Venise et Bobby étaient présents pour nous accueillir avec le sourire et la gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié la communication, la réactivité et les conseils de nos hôtes ainsi que la flexibilité d'arrivée et de départ. Belle maison spacieuse et très bien agencée avec tout l'équipement souhaitée et nécessaire pour reussir un beau séjour. La terrasse et le jardinet sont très appréciables avec le calme et le chant des oiseaux au réveil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive, offering help instantly for any queries or requests we had, which truly made us feel welcomed and valued. The villa itself is perfectly situated, providing an ideal blend of privacy and accessibility. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in a tranquil environment while still being within reach of restaurants and supermarkets . Whether we wanted to relax by the pool, explore nearby beaches, or enjoy local dining options, the location couldn't have been better. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit. It was the perfect getaway for us! Thank you for such an unforgettable exp.

The location is stunning and the accommodation extremely functional as well as comfortable so we spent much of our stay at the house and were able to relax totally. The place is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beaches and other necessary amenities although it would have been limited without a hire car. Mathilde was great throughout, always there if we needed anything, extremely helpful but not at all intrusive. We had a late arrival and she facilitated a meal at the house and essential supplies for us which made the start of our holiday much easier than it could have been.

Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables dans la maison de Hans. Le logement est spacieux, avec quatre grandes chambres, une superbe piscine et un emplacement idéal à Grand Baie. Les instructions étaient claires et l’accueil chaleureux. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour !

Super séjour dans cet appartement très agréable. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse extérieure qui est très agréable et confortable. Les chambres sont supers, la literie un vrai plaisir! Tout est à proximité en restant à l’écart des zones trop touristiques.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce logement avec ma femme et mes deux enfants. Le logement a répondu à nos attentes : il était très propre et bien situé, on pouvait aller sur la plage à pieds et des paddles étaient mis à disposition. Il y a un supermarché à 2 mn en voiture et c'est une bonne localisation pour rayonner sur la moitié nord de l'île. Nous avons été très bien été par Marianne la compagne de Hervé Emmanuel qui nous a donné plein d'idées d'activités à faire aussi avec les enfants.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, unkompliziert, schnelle Rückmeldung, einfacher Check in und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Würde definitiv wieder buchen, der Strand ist direkt gegenüber und für mich einer der schönsten auf der Insel. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. weiter so 👍👍

Il soggiorno ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative, appartamento spazioso e ben tenuto, ottima cucina e le docce dei bagni tra le più belle e spaziose con un getto d’acqua super. Era bello avere la spiaggia a 50 metri, poco frequentata. Molte altre belle spiagge nei dintorni e ottimi ristoranti a Grand Baie. Un plus molto apprezzato è’ stata Mimi che ogni giorno veniva a pulire e sistemare casa….Quindi tutto ok !!! 2 piccoli appunti: abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà ad aprire il cancelletto perché non ci era stata fornita la combinazione (o almeno io non ricordo di averla ricevuta) ed un altro appunto riguarda la mancanza di luce nel parcheggio interno che rendeva difficile vedere la combinazione per aprire il gate. Ma complessivamente devo dire che è stata un ottima esperienza di alloggio
