Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand-Fort-Philippe

Great 1st floor apartment on the beach, managed by a concierge company. Great views. Spacious apartment. Need to take towels, tea towel, loo roll etc if staying longer than a few days. Great place. Will stay again definitely.

Tiptop in orde, kleine en gezellige accommodatie vlakbij de dijk en de zee en verderop een fijn wandelgebied. Een flesje lokaal bier koud in de koelkast bij aankomst. Wij hebben enorm genoten!

Logement bien équipé, savon, serviettes, cusine équipée. Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture avec un rayon de braquage court pour le parking sécurisé, sinon un autre parking est disponible à 100m. J'ai passé un bon séjour.

Hôte très accueillante, accessible et disponible. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, confortable et très bien équipé, de quoi passer un séjour très agréable sur une literie de qualité! L accès au logement est simple et autonome. La place de parking est très appréciable et la terrasse tellement agréable pour prendre un bon café. Merci pour votre souplesse et votre gentillesse.

Excellent petit séjour ensoleillé à Le Portel que nous ne connaissions pas. La location est joliment décorée, bien pensée, fonctionnelle, très propre et plutôt calme alors que en centre ville. La terrasse et le parking privé sont un vrai plus. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Sehr spezielle Loft in Nieuwpoort Stad, zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Der Platz der Räumlichkeiten ist großzügig und optimal genutzt. Innenbereich und Außenbereich haben eine individuelle Note. Es kommt einem der Gedanke, ja, hier würde ich auch wohnen möchten. Allerdings eine steile schmal Treppe zum Wohn- und Außenbereich und eine eine weitere Treppe ohne Außengeländer in den darüber gelegenen Schlafbereich. Für meinen 4 jährigen Enkel kein Problem, für ältere, gehbehinderte Personen eher nicht geeignet . Wir sind sehr gut zurecht gekommen.

Emplacement idéa et vue exceptionnelle pour cet appartement spacieux à la literie très confortable. Communication très claire et cordiale avec Christine, qui s'est toujours montrée très réactive.

Endroit très pratique et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Un vrai petit bijoux à la campagne pour qui cherche du calme et de la détente... Dans un environnement vert et paisible tout en étant proche des points d'intérêts de la région, le logement est aussi bien situé que charmant que bien équipé... comme ce SPA tout simplement fantastique ! Enfin, Cathy et son mari son tout simplement adorables et disponibles... alors forcément je vous recommande cet hebergement sans hésitation !

Lovely little quirky cosy cottage in a quiet road which was stylish, spotlessly clean and very well equipped . The kitchen had everything you need, including tea, coffee, tin foil, cling film etc. Lovely peaceful garden too. Great location, everything within walking distance . Close to beach, shops, restaurants, pubs and railway station. You may struggle if you have 4 adults staying as one of the beds in the twin room is very small. Lucky for us one of us is very petite so just about managed. No problem though if you have children the small bed would be sufficient . It was fantastic that the property had a shower room with a toilet as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath this was particularly great for four adults (2 couples) and very hard to find in Deal. Lizzie was a great host , answered our queries promptly and kindly let us have early access as we had a wedding to attend to. We would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Superbe maison typique du nord agencée en profondeur😍. tout est là pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour. Nous étions 7 et avons eux assez de places pour tout le monde. Laure est très réactive et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de nous rencontrer, mais le contact téléphonique fût un plaisir. la terrasse et le patio extérieur sont vraiment agréables. l'accès ce fait très facilement par une boîte a clés. le parking est à 20 mètres de la maison. je recommande absolument ce logement pour escapade dans le nord. nous reviendrons certainement prochainement avec le plus grand plaisir 👍 . encore merci a Laure.😁

Echt een aanrader! Supermooi huis met fantastische faciliteiten. Ruime keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, grote en propere badkamer, leuke extra’s zoals pooltafel en jacuzzi. En daarbovenop nog een prachtig domein. Xavier reageerde snel en vriendelijk op alle vragen en verzoeken, en hielp steeds waar nodig! Top!

Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf. Prachtig weer zorgde voor een heel aangenaam weekendje zee. De woning is prachtig ingericht en de gezelligheid spat er van af. Ruth heette ons heel vriendelijk persoonlijk welkom en gaf een korte, duidelijke rondleiding. Vooraf mochten we ook een handige lijst met nuttige en interessante referenties ontvangen. Samengevat: een top ervaring en zeker en vast de moeite waard om opnieuw te bezoeken bij een volgend weekendje zee!

Fantastic location right in the middle of Deal and a stone's throw from the beach. Very spacious flat with a comfy bed. Lovely rainfall style shower and big bath. Kitchen had everything we needed.

pour moi s étais un retour au source , le logement est situé a l extérieur de la ville ce qui lui donne du charme comme a la campagne et s est très très calme , un dépaysement totale pour ceux qui viennent de la ville et de plus le centre ville n est pas trop loin et il y a tous ce qu il faut pas besoin de faire des kilomètres

Le logement de Romain est très bien situé et fort agréable au cœur de Boulogne et avec vue sur le port. Romain est très accueillant, réactif et arrangeant. Très bon séjour.

Emplacement idéal, ( bon on ne voit pas la mer mais elle est tellement proche que....) appart refait récemment, tres bien équipé , quartier central mais calme la nuit , je reviendrai volontiers !

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

Delphine est une hôte adorable, très gentille, friendly et flexible. Elle est toujours disponible, répond très rapidement et avec une extrême bienveillance. Communication parfaite ! L’appartement est d’une propreté remarquable — honnêtement, je n’ai jamais vu un logement aussi impeccable. Tout est parfaitement pensé et très bien équipé : il ne manque absolument rien. La localisation est idéale : en plein centre, proche des cafés et restaurants, et à seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville fortifiée. Un séjour parfait. Je recommande à 100 % — ça vaut largement 5 étoiles, voire plus !
