Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Grand Lake

Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

We had a lovely stay at Maureen's place. It was clean, well equipped, and just the right distance for accessibility and privacy. The floorplan allowed privacy for my husband and I, and our teenager. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night after our long days of hiking and kayaking. I especially enjoyed turning the jets off, and listening to the local native wildlife. The restaurants in town were very good (One Love, my fave). The issue with the hot water heater was immediately resolved (but did cause a little disruption to our day). We would be honored to stay here again. 😘🏞😎

Pamela’s house was perfect for our family getaway! The first night there we had a black bear walk right in front of the house! My husband has been to Colorado multiple times and hadn’t seen a bear until it walked right by the house. This house is super close to the mountains/RMNP entrance and the shops downtown. The rooms are a little strangely placed, however that is not Pamela’s fault! We had a wonderful stay.

Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

This was a retreat and spa in one for us! The house is very spacious - my friend and I had our own separate quarters to hang out in and the common areas to hang out. We enjoyed the mini trails across the river with lots of little spots to sit and relax. The humming birds were buys non-stop all day enjoying the feeders. The sauna and hot tub were in good working condition and helped in relaxing all the more. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Jenifer and Don were fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions quickly and gave us excellent suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. The place itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s also surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for hiking. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Walkable to lake Granby. Beautiful area! The fenced yard made it great for big dogs (small openings under the chain link) kitchen had all the needed pans and dishes for cooking at home. Great for a large family bbq!

Katie’s place was everything we wanted it to be and more. The location was perfect, very private. The neighbors were very friendly which made us feel right at home. The house was stocked with everything we needed, they truly go above and beyond for their guests. You won’t be disappointed !

We had a great stay at Casey's apartment. A super convenient location to access both Granby and even potentially Winterpark (you would have to find parking tho at that end). Had all the amenities we needed, and we had a lovely cozy time. Thanks Casey for hosting us!

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was perfect for our trip. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and trails. We loved the outdoor space since our weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend Billy's place to anyone going to Winter Park!

I felt right at home during my stay. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was professional and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would be happy to stay here again.

I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

Very nice place to stay, with a reasonable drive to the mountain. The building is dated but Bradley's place was very nice, nicely decorated.

This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

The property was exactly as described, very clean, decorated beautifully & the king bed was very comfortable! It was a lovely setting for a family vacation. We will have very fond memories of our time in Grand Lake.

Very comfortable and beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay. 10 mins to Grand Lake, 30 minutes to Hot Sulfur Springs, 1.5-2 hours to Steamboat and Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake nearby.

Loved this place. It has the most amazing view! It was very well kept and clean. The kitchen also had everything we needed! Jack was a great host also.

It was a lovely experience. Everything was wonderful and the host had the best recommendations and made the best little booklet. They made everything straightforward. 100% would love to come back.

We had a great stay at the cabin ! Clean and exactly like the photos . Location was perfect for views and hikes /walks around the beautiful town of Grand Lake . The fenced in backyard for our dog was perfect ! Noelle was an excellent host and great with communication ! We will definitely be back again !

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cabin! The cabin was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is surrounded by nature and wildlife, while only being a few minutes from a small town with plenty of restaurants and gift shops. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some truly incredible hiking trails. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors!

I would give Kenna 6 stars if I could. From the evening we reserved the cabin she reached out and made us feel welcome. Was so easy to get questions answered. She cares! The guestbook on the mantle goes back a decade - equally positive reviews. The property is nothing short of amazing. There were so many amenities inside and out. This property is an incredible find. The layout, conveniences, modern yet rustic feel, cleanliness, quality of the furnishings. The patio, fireplace, outside bar, gazebo: so well done. And the views! You’re only 8 minutes from RMNP. She has three nice Trek bikes in great shape with a new pump. I could go on… She’s a professional through and through and sets the standard for hosting.

I took my sister and her friends up here for her bachelorette party, and we had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful and the cabin is very cute, with plenty of beds and a nice, updated bathroom. The fire pit is a super fun addition and we had a great time hanging out around it. Check in and check out were super simple and smooth, and the host, Caroline was always very quick to respond my inquiries. Our only gripe was that it was a bit tougher to get to the lakefront that we had believed based on the listing (we had to do a bit of hunting to find the path) but even that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall a wonderful place to spend a weekend, and I highly recommend it!
