Located in the Petit Belair neighborhood, the villa is ideal for those who want to be close to the city and its traditional markets while being close to the beautiful beaches of pointe d 'esny and blue bay.

3-bedroom villa including 2 in suite, air-conditioned, modern comfort plus swimming pool and fully fenced private courtyard. Equipped with a modern kitchen, backup generator. Grilled doors, safety alarm with active response. We have a good one from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays it is free. The Villa has all the linens and bath and beach towels. The garden is maintained by us. We have 1 taxi for your travels.
