Beachfront holiday rentals in Grand Turk

Great location with beautiful views. Well accompanied kitchen and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!

Great place, well appointed, spacious and cool. very close to town. enjoyed the stay. only small negative is that there are regular beach parties close by so that may or may not be your thing. it wasn't ours. recommended stay

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

Villa Kaya was a great place to stay on Grand Turk Island. The golf cart was icing on the cake! Unfortunately, we timed our vacation a little off (Thur-Tue) because we were there in between grocery stores stocking their shelves and the cruise ships being import. So there was limited groceries to purchase and no restaurants or shops open until cruise ship day, which was our last day there. But we spent a lot of time at Governors Beach, which was beautiful and we were always the only ones there so it was like having a private beach. Snorkeling is great there and the water is crystal clear! The beach by Villa Kaya is not one you would want to necessarily spend time on, but the house is up on a bluff and the scenery of the ocean right out your back door is so beautiful. There’s always a wonderful warm breeze. Sunrises are beautiful there. Sunsets are on the other side of the island. If we ever go back to Grand Turk Island, we would definitely want to stay at Villa Kaya!

Lovely cottage with stunning view over beach & out to sea. West facing so fantastic sunsets every night. Views are even better than photographs. Gate opens on to beach with good swimming. Saw flamingoes, pelicans, ospreys, frigate birds and rays jumping out of sea while we were sitting on patio. Nice and quiet location and only short trip to restaurants, supermarket and bars (walkable but we would not recommend walking around residential areas of island because some of the many feral dogs can be tricky). Tara was exceptionally responsive and really helped us out within minutes of our request when we were struggling to arrange a taxi. Cottage is extremely well equipped with really comfy beds and effective A/C. Good value for money compared to rest of island. Definitely recommend Salty Cottage.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, with the most stunning ocean views and sunsets that look like a postcard. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee on the porch with the sea breeze was pure magic. The host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. From great local recommendations to little thoughtful touches throughout the space, they truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape in Grand Turk, this is the place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Marc and Patsy were PHENOMENAL! The listing is as exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Combined with the natural relaxing ambiance of the island, this is a place you may never want to leave. What made the experience even better was Marc and Patsy as people! Marc took us on a tour of the island on our first day. Patsy thoughtfully got a gift for my son in honor of his birthday and stocked the fridge and pantry with snacks and basic groceries. You really could not ask for better hosts than these two. Their dogs are also the friendliest and sweetest dogs ever. I can’t sing their praises enough. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend them to anyone that may be on the fence. You absolutely won’t regret it!

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

Saw so many different wild animals, including a sea turtle, sea urchin, anemone, and lots of fish (including barracuda!!) and shark, as well as an osprey with a fish in its talons (!!) Navigating food was harder. Glad that we brought rice and beans. We shopped at Sunny Foods (better avocados and mangoes) and the Safeway ( more like the stores in the US). Was glad to have the full kitchen at Sea Sun to cook. That said, we enjoyed eating at the Ridge Cafe and having a drink and a a swim at the Sandbar Loved the pool, the outdoor shower, and the bedroom ac. Would def stay again

We love Drift Villa and already want to go back! Marc and Patsy were excellent hosts, starting before we even arrived! Throughout the trip, they went above and beyond, offering suggestions for where to eat, snorkel, etc., and they even made reservations for us at multiple locations. Prepare to be completely spoiled with a vacation in a beautiful place with awesome people (and lots of wonderful dogs - Flip Flip, we miss you already)! 10 out of 10!

We had the most amazing week at Villa Azul! The property is just as it looks in the pictures, the pool, deck and beach are all incredible - we definitely spent all of our time outside. The donkeys are amazing and friendly, definitely a highlight for us to have them visit every day. There are amazing seashells to find on the beach and you can walk for miles. The beach isn't super swimmable because of the reef but snorkeling is great! The house was cozy and fit all 7 of us comfortably. DJ, the onsite manager, was fantastic. He met us at the airport with the rental car and took us to the house and gave us a nice tour. He also had great restaurant recommendations (Sandbar and Ridge Cafe were highlights), hooked us up with an epic boat charter and we saw a humpback whale and baby, toured Salt Cay and swam with stingrays. I can't say enough great things about our stay at Villa Azul. I hope we can be back someday!

Patsy & Marc REALLY do a fantastic job. We had a great time staying with them. Wonderful apartment & grounds in a beautiful quiet setting. Their recommendations on food & fun were on point. There were nice essentials in the fridge so we didn’t have to race to the grocery store & a loaf of warm local freshly baked bread made us feel right at home. Marc was a wealth of knowledge about the island, its locals & much more. They care about their property, dogs & the Island of Grand Turk and it shows! Thanks for having us, We will definitely be back

Me and my boyfriend went here for a nice getaway vacation and we loved it. The view of the beach was amazing and it was more than worth the price. While it was a little far away from everything, the island isn’t terribly big so it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Overall, the place was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Grand Turk.

The residence matched exactly what was in the photos and description: beautiful, clean and spacious. It is in-front of the ocean and very close to the lighthouse. This listing is located a bit away from town, thus would recommend a golf cart. Lucy was very responsive and I reached out to her around times that she was traveling and still had time to respond to my messages. She gave us great restaurant recommendations notably “The fisherman’s wife” and “Osprey beach hotel and restaurant”. I would stay at this place again if I find myself in Turks in the future. The views and peaceful environment made my stay a memorable one.

welcome to Paradise! the apartment is right on the beach, beautiful view of the ocean and amazing sunsets. It is really meant to live outside : keep the doors open to the screened porch, sit on the many lounge chairs on the deck, then take a plunge in the ocean. We appreciated the extra like the water shoes, floaters, kayaks, snorkeling gear. we didn’t use the bikes but could have. this place is like a dream. We did use the A/C in the bedroom at night, and while at first we were hot when we walked in and were disappointed with the lack of central air, we quickly realized that it’s not needed. there is always a breeze and you are really meant to live with doors opened, hanging on the porch, deck or beach! We had fun with the dogs, donkeys and kitten. Charlotte is a super host, very responsive, coordinated a taxi pick up from the airport and her guidebook was super helpful. Close to supermarket, restaurants and fish market. We’d love to come back!

We had a great stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The unit was clean, bright, and comfortable with beautiful views, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were super cozy, and the layout made it easy to relax. Lots of natural light and beach toys were a bonus! Charlotte was an excellent host—responsive and helpful, even arranging our golf cart rental. The beach is just steps away, though the sandier area requires a short walk. Be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs. The only downside was the noise—it's on a busier road for the island, and wild donkeys and barking dogs kept us up some nights. While that’s beyond the host’s control, it’s worth noting for light sleepers. Otherwise, a lovely place with a great host!

Pillory Beach Club is a well maintained spectacular beach front property. Waking up to bright blue waters and white sand everyday was dream But what is even more impressive is the beach is steps away from your balcony/patio. Calm waters for swimming, and comfortable loungers for sunbathing. You will not want to leave what feels like your very own secluded beach. But if you’re the type of person who needs to stay busy, there is plenty to do outside of Pillory Beach Club. The hosts are the kindest people you will ever meet. You’ll have no regrets if you choose to stay at this Airbnb!
