Centrally located and in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the right.
