Holiday rentals with lake access in Grant County

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, comfortable, had everything we needed.

We overall enjoyed our trip at this cabin. The only feedback we will give is that the hot tub wasn’t ready and we weren’t notified until we opened it and saw it wasn’t ready to use. Julie responded right away and accommodated us fairly without us asking!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay with the destination of The ARK Encounter/Creation Museum. It was very peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, amazing front porch to relax on. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. Rachael was extremely timely and helpful. Excellent customer service!

Private location, looks like the picture, clean and spotless, great coffee, good price. I’ve been to many airbnb’s and this place was exactly as described. The hosts were quick and great communicators. The gravel road down will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle that is not low to the ground but that’s isn’t their fault. It’s a state owned road. I 100% would recommend staying here. Will rebook in future!! Thanks for an actual relaxing stress free stay.

This was my 7th Airbnb rental in recent years for family vacations & by far the best…, deserving of 10+ stars if they were available. The accommodations were superlative…, everything promised and more! Nancy was very responsive with any questions we had. Our family enjoyed the beautiful lake day after day, and with our bouncer passes we bounced out of the creation museum and the ark encounter at will. When we were not at either of these one of a kind historic attractions, we were skiing or wake boarding on the beautiful lake. Actually, the photos on Airbnb do not do justice for these accommodations. The house is much larger than the pictures suggest. Beds were very comfortable. All needed amenities were provided. Many games available for the kids to enjoy. One can not go wrong by contracting with Nancy and Nick if you are seeking a great family vacation. Really, the only flaw I can name is there was no bathroom on the 3rd floor; just an inconvenience that we worked around!

We lost our home to fire and stayed at the lake house for about 2 months. Evan was very attentive, caring and helpful. Such a beautiful home, and the view of the lake is outstanding! We're hoping to comeback when it's warmer for a weekend getaway! Thank you for everything!!!!

If you read the other reviews, you will note that some of the landscape is challenging, particularly for older people. I am 78 and my wife is 75. Our daughter is 50 and our grandchildren are 10 and 12. The landscape was challenging, but given the beauty of the place, compared to the price, we thought it was very fair. It's not perfect, but if you're not too fussy you will be very proud to call it your home for the number of days that you've decided to rent.

My Friends and I loved staying in Anna's Place. A beautiful house that feels like home as soon as you open the door. Nice neighborhood, with an stunning lake in our backyard, that we definitely enjoyed to walk. The Ark Encounter was the main reason of our trip and it is super close from the house, 10 mins driving. Bobbie has a booklet and a basket fill with great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. Some of these restaurants are walking distance and the food was pretty good, like LaRosa's and Skyline Chili🥹🙌 Bobbie is such a great host and was always avaliable to answer any questions. Thank you so much ♥️ If you are planning to visit the Ark anytime soon, I will definitely recommend to stay in Anna's place.

The ice cream shoppe and restaurant underneath the Air B n B rooms are well worth their price! It is a great place away from home! The sweet bread David puts in the room go so well with coffee and of course the $5 gift card for the ice cream shoppe gave us the incentive to try it and get some!

A beautiful place with an amazing balcony overlooking the river. Christian was very responsive and accommodating. The town is charming with several restaurants in walking distance. A peaceful place to stay yet very close to all Cincinnati has to offer. Everything you would need is provided.

This is our favorite home away from home when we visit our daughter in the area. Clean, comfortable, affordable! I recommend it to anyone traveling to Dry Ridge/Williamstown!

We had a wonderful stay at Pollywog Place ! Clean and up to date decor with everything you need. Bobbi was very responsive to all messages . I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area to seek out her Airbnb and will definitely tell others about it ! If we ever return, we will definitely stay here again !

This was a great place for the kids. Kayaks were available with full equipment and life jackets. The fish were biting. Donny kept in touch quickly. They had a ball.

We loved our long weekend at the cottage! It was such a peaceful setting that allowed us to relax and recharge. The lake-view from the deck, in the morning and evenings was awesome. It was a little too chilly for water activities, but we look forward to returning in the summer and taking full advantage of ‘lake life!’ The host was so accommodating. We loved the location in proximity to the daily activities we were doing-Creation Museum/Newport, visiting distilleries in Frankfort and the local Ark Encounter.

My family and I really enjoyed this home. It’s super clean, has comfortable pillows and beds, and plenty of places to sit. The hosts left an awesome welcome basket and the coffee bar is fully stocked. The lake outside is beautiful and has nice walking trails. We loved our time here.

We LOVED Tracy's cottage on the lake!!! It was SO INCREDIBLY PEACEFUL, we didn't want to leave. Our absolute favorite part was the screened-in deck; we spent all our time at the cottage out there, even when it was raining! We live close to many lakes at home, yet we couldn't believe how quiet this community was. The cottage itself was squeaky clean, organized, and labeled so well. We could have just relaxed at the cottage the whole trip, but everything we wanted to check out (the Ark, Creation Museum, Beans, Hansie's, downtown Williamstown) was close and easily driveable. We'd come back in a heartbeat! Tracy is a lovely, generous, responsive, and all-around excellent hostess!
