Monthly Rentals in Granville County

I loved this little house. The first night, I had already mentally re-arranged my life so I could live in a little house forever. It had everything I needed and no clutter, which made it feel open . Plus, the many windows really made me feel like I was sleeping in a tree house. I was a little worried about the loft because some people said the stairs were steep and I have a broken arm, but I had no problem going up and down, even in the middle of the night. Tyler was helpful and quick to respond to my questions. His dog never let me pet him, maybe because he took his job as guest supervisor seriously but I never felt any aggression or anything. The eggs were delicious. All in all, a great experience. When I come back, I am going to be sure to stay at this fabulous little house again! My only complaint is that apparently, there isn't really recycling in North Carolina. Sigh. I did notice recycling bins in the airport, so I'll just bring my recycling there next time.

Loved the house. May need to update the pillows but overall great. easy to locate where we were at and amount of time needed to get to and from the home.

We stayed at Gail's "Drop Inn on Main" house in Franklinton, NC for a weekend and could not have been more pleased! Gail was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process from booking to check-out. She also gave us great suggestions for local restaurants (which we happily took her up on) that were all within walking distance! She also gave us a friendly heads up on a road closure due to a monthly town festival known as "First Fridays in Franklinton" on our arrival date. The house was exactly as described and was well stocked with everything we might need. Our daughter even loved one of the blankets so much that we had to look it up and order one for home. If we find ourselves in the Franklinton area again in the future, the Drop Inn on Main will definitely be at the top of our list! Thanks, Gail!

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.
