The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Shared entrance, your rooms are private at 3rd floor. Floor heating/fans. Full kitchen, workspace with WiFi and chair, a double bed, a mattress, a baby bed(10X120cm), a bathroom with a large shower. Ideal for single/couple/couple with 1-2 kids/3 adults with 1 kid. Windows with garden view. 8 minutes by foot to S7 Ottobrunn. Bakery, restaurants, Edika/Penny within 10 min walk. With S7, 22 minutes to Marienplatz, 30 minutes to the fair(Messe). Close to Alps, quiet, green, suitable for car/train.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation surrounded by greenery and with your own terrace. The apartment has its own entrance. Parking is available in front of the house. Just outside the gates to Munich city center, you can reach everything your heart desires! The trade fair (15 minutes by car) and city center are easily accessible by the nearby S-Bahn, which is within approx. 12 minutes away on foot. All shops for daily needs on site.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Entrance via external stairs on the 1st floor. The apartment is 56 square meters. A spacious living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A bathroom with toilet, bathtub with shower enclosure. Starting in mid-April, there is a small garden and terrace with seating and barbecue at your disposal.
