This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Alfredo's treatment was exceptional both before and during the stay. He was attentive to our needs at all times and concerned that everything was correct. It is an accommodation that I recommend since it is on the beachfront and has everything very close. It's a quiet area and the pool was also very good. It was fantastic, we went with little girls and we felt at home, with a pool and beach 1 minute from the apartment. Parasol, cot... everything. The entrance with a safe is the most comfortable thing in the world, you arrive when you can and you don't have to be in contact or tied to schedules. Another plus is the host's flexibility for check-in and check-out, in short, a 10.

Great location with great view! The owner was also very friendly and responsive to any request we had!

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5, the place was spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had plenty glassware and crockery. The only things we were missing were the basic kitchen cupboard items (sugar/salt/oil), but the supermarket was 5min walkway. We enjoyed the huge balcony for outdoor breakfasts with the sea view <3 . The place is located super close, walkable in less than 10mins to the beach! Also… the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us Francisco!

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

What an amazing stay! The loft was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed and more. Located right on the beach with great restaurants and stores that met all our needs. An exceptional host who was welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Comfortable for families with children. :) close to the beach, with access to accessories, i.e. umbrellas, chairs, beach cart. Next to a playground and numerous playgrounds on the beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly and welcoming. Great communication with your host. We'll remember this stay as a great one. :)

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Unbeatable location with sea views. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Attentive and friendly service from Jorge. Everything was great!

We had a few fabulous days and immediately felt at home. Shopping facilities are quickly accessible (by car) and there are even some restaurants within walking distance. An absolute highlight in addition to the view is the beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached on foot within 2 minutes via a wooden path. It goes flat into the water - perfect with small children. We will be happy to come back! :-)
