Situato in pieno centro, in una zona molto affascinante della Città a pochi passi da Piazza Duomo, cuore della Città di Catania e punto di partenza per fare delle visite guidate camminando a piedi o attraverso autobus e treni turistici. A pochi passi dall’elegante Via Etnea e Via Crociferi esplosione di architetture e atmosfere barocche.

La Casa degli Oleandri si trova all'interno dell'antico Baglio di Borgopetra, costruito nel '700, amorevolmente recuperato e da allora aperto all’ospitalità. All'interno della struttura vi sono altri 3 appartamenti di diverse dimensioni, tutti arredati con gusto, con mobili di famiglia e ricordi dal mondo e si dispongono intorno al cortile interno. Le finestre delle case si affacciano sull’orto e sul giardino, con cascate di gerani, gelsomini, oleandri centenari e il frutteto.
