This light, bright, open, space shows sunrises and lake views from every room. This location offers a protected swim area, great fishing, and works for entertaining a crowd. Everything you need is on the main level. A short walk to the dock. It is nearly impossible to find this wonderful, private, almost flat 291 foot frontage lot with a dream house to go with it. Close to town, golf course and restaurants. Private boat ramp. *new laminate flooring on main level in bedrooms and living area.

Perfect location - close to great entertainment, restaurants, and gas dock. House features a fully stocked kitchen, TV, and plenty of space. Brand new 750 sq ft deck with grill, couch, and table. The dock is complete with a sectional couch, high top table for six, and big screen TV.

The cabin, we call "The Cat House", is located on the quieter side of the lake, so you can avoid a lot of the massive boat waves and hustle & bustle seen in other areas. It is located on the 47 mm of the Osage. It has a private dock with two slips and 2 PWC lifts. It is perfect for a small family or small group of friends that want to relax and enjoy the view, fish or swim.

A spacious living area features large windows allowing abundant natural light and a view of the surrounding landscape. A sectional sofa is positioned near a coffee table, and a patterned rug adds a pop of color to the wooden floor.
