Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grayson County

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! I really enjoyed my stay Jacob was super respectful and responsive to any issues I would have (which I didn’t have any) I loved the home and was super thankful for Jacob trusting me in there home I highly recommend Jacob’s place for an escape it was awesome I will for sure be revisiting thanks Jacob!!

I ended up in a bind with another Airbnb cancelling on me, and this was easy to book and the owners incredibly responsive and helpful. Got some great recommendations for the area, but honestly we ended staying in the place most of the time and just relaxing. Had a full house but didn't feel like we were on top of each other and it was a fantastic trip!

Me and my groomsmen enjoyed our stay and liked the location being right off the lake. It’s a nice little cabin the felt like home away from home.

Perfect setup for a work from home rental. Everything I needed to cook, etc. Fast internet. Nice yard space. Friendly neighbors. The mattress is comfortable on the floor with the provided foam padding.

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

This was my second stay at this loft. It’s so charming and sits in a great location to downtown. I will definitely go back.

The place was nice and clean, very inviting. The host was friendly and personable. When we rented the pontoon boat, he went and docked it for us, then, when we were ready to leave the water, he came back and picked us up. I would stay here again.

This unit is absolutely stunning! I only wish my own home felt this comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views from both the living room and patio are so peaceful and serene — truly a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The owners were fantastic to work with, offering great recommendations for local activities. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!

Awesome place right next to Tanglewood resort and just within walking distance from Lake Texoma. Would recommend staying here over at the resort, with better accommodations, and better value. Had a little hiccup and the host was quick to fix it. Will plan to book here again next year.

We loved this place. We will definitely be booking again. The design inside is warm and welcoming. We had plenty of space and we never felt we were stepping on each other to get around the house. On a great note, the people who own this also own the apartment next door, so when we have all the kids coming with us it's even a nice option to be able to book out both condos. I believe the other condo is called Deja Blue. This area was so peaceful and you are right by the lake. If you are coming for a lake weekend you can't beat the location. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to have the option and for it to be so close. If you are looking for your next getaway I would highly recommend this place.
