Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with a lot of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can be in Graz within 30 minutes by car and have many options for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and forgetting the stress.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, everything you could need is available. In addition, Christine is a great host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

Large, bright, clean accommodation with recent decoration. Everything was perfect. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I recommend it.

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Beautiful apartment, the location was perfect, just a 15 min walk from the inner city and near a nice park to chill in. We really enjoyed our stay here and it contributed to our great time in Graz. Davide was a wonderful host and would recommend him highly to anyone☺️.

Very nice accommodation in a good location. It was really a nice stay, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom, all equipped with really tasteful artwork. Also worth mentioning are the practical roller shutters on the windows. We found the toilet in the hallway to be a bit unusual, but it was fine. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful....nothing displeased...a nice and clean apartment...our host was very clear with everything...we came from Rome...and will certainly stay with them again when we come to Graz.

i was consciously in this apartment for the second time, because everything was already perfect last time. The price seems to be slightly higher than an equally large accommodation in Graz, but you also get a great apartment for your money. When it comes to amenities, you've obviously thought about what you need. Small terrace perfect to enjoy the ending day with a glass of wine in the evening. The place was perfectly located, I was there for a conference at the university of Graz and the bus stop is within a 2 min walk. Daniel and his wife are wonderful host! Highly recommend.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!
