Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Set in 1.5 acres of private gardens and secure parking, guests at this spacious coach house are spoilt for choice when it comes to local amenities. There are 4 beautiful country pubs within a 20 minute walk (the famous 3 Locks pub is only a 2 minute stroll) all walkable via the direct access to the Canal tow path. The property itself has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen, bathroom with double shower, master bedroom with king size bed and further pull out king size bed in the living area.

You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.
