Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Old Laundry is surrounded by paddocks and historic parkland at edge of a village with two pubs, a shop and café. Pad barefoot across earthen tiles with underfloor heating. Modern insulation and a chic wood-burning Morso stove add to the cosy interior of this renovated cottage with doors overlooking the terrace and old farm buildings beyond. Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The West Wing is a private, self-contained cottage, attached to our home in secluded rural Norfolk. It has two bedrooms, one with king sized bed, en suite shower & wc. The second has 2 twin beds which convert to a super-king zip and link bed. There is a separate second shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining room with TV, DVD player and electric wood-burner comfortably seats 4. All one level.
