We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury swimming pool just feet from your door. Underfloor heating is also fitted as is air conditioning and electric privacy blinds. This entire area and listing is completely private and not shared with other guests.

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.
