Unique stylish village apartment with kitchen

A contemporary conversion of an old Calvinist chapel dating back to the early 1900's the apartment is self contained and finished to a very high standard. There is private access from a gated public footpath and rear garden. On entering the apartment the downstairs level comprises a new shower room with toilet, towels and toiletries provided. On the same level is the well equipped kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, electric hob, kettle and toaster. A wooden staircase leads to the upper level for sleeping and living, this is a large, light and airy space with high vaulted ceiling. There are two large windows and period features include the original fire place and restored WWII wooden rifle rack. The studio apartment is a calm and relaxing space and the view overlooks an open green area with mature trees and bird song. The living and sleeping space is furnished with a Habitat sofa, real Hypnos double bed, dining table and wardrobe with hanging space, there is a TV with Amazon Firestick, DVD player and WiFi. The studio is located in Clipston a pretty village on the Leicester/Northamptonshire border close to Kelmarsh Hall and Naseby. The Bulls Head is a popular village pub and a short 5 minute walk away, they serve good food and real ales. We are only 4 miles from picturesque Market Harborough with all the usual store and restaurant chains and connections to St Pancras 1hr and 10 mins drive from M1 and M6 exits.
