A bright and quiet room with a private bathroom. It has its own balcony for breakfast or work. We live next to our very affectionate cats. Beautiful location within walking distance of the subway and various means of transportation. The area is characterized by its green spaces, bars, restaurants and museums to visit on foot. The apartment is a very quiet place to which it is always pleasant to return from a day of walking around the city. You also have a desk to work on.

It is a very bright apartment in the 9th with a big balcony in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. You will be very close to the Palermo´s Subway station (600 meters) and many of the best restaurants and cafes. There is a fully equipped kitchen including basic elements to prepair your breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, oit, etc). Also, you will find white ironed sheets and towels, iron, hairdresser, shampoo, conditioner, soap. The apt has wifi and a smart tv with Netflix
