A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

A contemporary & stylish apartment which is centrally located next to the Spinningfields and New Bailey area. Recently renovated with everything you’d expect from a high end residence + super fast WiFi. The bedroom boasts luxury extras like a king size bed with a simba hybrid mattress and hotel quality 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding as well as a 43” LG tv with Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked including a L’or coffee machine and the living room features a 55” Samsung TV and Netflix.

Stockport self contained room close to airport

This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Knutsford, Peak District. Having a car is recommended.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
