Squeaky clean but very compact. A little far from the centre of town. You will need a car or transport. Overall good value.

Gordana was a wonderful host. Always reactive to my messages and any questions. The place was very well maintained and had beautiful interiors. I appreciated the hospitality and little details in the apartment. Very well situated and food / cafe at walking distance. Highly recommend!

In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our visit. The unit had everything we needed. Clean, lots of room. Central location to get to various areas or Kingston. Kitchen had amenities that enabled us cook for ourselves when needed during our stay.

The place was perfect for the 3 of us as abase for birding at Presqu'ile. It was simple, uncluttered and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Jason was friendly and helpful. He checked in with us several times to make sure we got in, and even sent someone over with a key for the locker so we could store our bicycles. He provided good suggestions on activities and restaurants too. We had a great stay. Outstanding service. Thanks Jason!

Jay was an amazing host! We was Very accommodating to our earlier arrival. When we got there we had WiFi issues and he said someone over immediately to fix it. The home is SUPER clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jay's communication is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. We will be back soon. nous avons passer un très beau moment en famille. Jason a été super gentil avec nous. C'était tellement beau comme endroit, très calme et tout était proche. J'avais oublier mon café chez moi et j'ai été très heureuse de voir qu'il y en avait dans le condo !!! Le lit et le divan lit était très confortable. Mon fils a adorer pêcher près du logement. et la plage a 40 minutes du logement valait vraiment la peine !!! il y en avait une autre plus près, mais nous avons été à l'autre. je recommande fortement cet endroit aux autres voyageurs! et je vais probablement y retourner !!!

Everything was excellent. Stayed 1 night, the place was clean, looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was neat and tidy, very modern. Check in was super easy, Jason gave us thorough instructions, there was a welcome basket with wine and snacks which was a nice touch! The view from the airbnb was picturesque, there was a marina restaurant across the street with great views as well. Really nice wineries about a half hour from the airbnb. Would totally recommend this place to friends or family, we will definetely be back!!

Fijne ruimte, midden in Kingston, gezelligheid rondom en toch rustig omdat het appartement aan de achterzijde van het pand zit. Makkelijk te vinden en om in te checken. Erg netjes en schoon, goed voorziene keuken en fijne handdoeken in de badkamer. Minpuntje is de kleine waterstraal onder de douche, niet handig als je je haar wilt wassen.
