Holiday rentals with a balcony in Greece

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Natalia and Christina were so welcoming! The place was perfect. Plenty of space, clean and quiet. The windows have shades that come down making bedrooms dark at night. They have a brand new washer/dryer and dishwasher. They left us a bottle of wine, some milk, orange juice, water, butter, coffee, tea pretty much anything we needed. Oh also a fresh big bowl of fruit and pastries. Just to the right of the apartment is the main walking drag of the Plaka. What is nice is the apartment is on the very edge of it so it is quiet. There is also an elevator if you cannot walk up the stairs. They are on the 3rd level. The beds were comfortable, they have plenty of pillows and even top sheets if you do not use duvets. Two rooms were queen beds and two they made into king beds. They gave us restaurant recommendations :-) also there is an amazing restaurant just two doors down called Grande Dame Athenian Tavern. We had a lovely stay!

I had a great stay at Georgia’s apartment. It has everything you need for a business trip or a vacation. The place was lovely, cozy, and clean. Georgia was a very helpful and kind host. I would definitely come back.

Amalia's apartment is excellent in everything and is located in the heart of the city in the beautifully renovated Fanarioton Square a few meters from the beach and close to the White Tower and the most important monuments of the city. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Airbnb! The Airbnb and the location made up for the parking issues. Parking is not ideal for those renting a car. The public parking lots are usually full at night and you can only park for free from 9pm to 7am overnight. Otherwise, you have a 4 hour limit. There are apparently free parking areas nearby but we could not figure it out with google maps or the map he gives you. Dropping off luggage is also very confusing as many streets are pedestrian only.

The place was spacious and the surroundings truly beautiful! The Co-host Dimitri was really sweet and even waved us good bye when we checked out early in the morning. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a fantastic stay in Athens! The host was very helpful and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless and incredibly well-located — walking distance to everything we wanted to see. One of our favorite features was the charming little balcony with a peaceful view of a nearby church — a lovely spot to start or end the day. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would happily return!

Daphne's condo is lovely! Located in a busy neighborhood that is an easy walk to the Acropolis, museum, restaurants, and coffee shops. We loved having our morning coffee, purchased from the bakery next door, on the balcony just off the living room. The air-conditioning kept us cool in the evenings. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed and our two teens easily shared the second bedroom. It was a little noisy on the weekend nights but not too bad and we were able to sleep well. Overall, highly recommend!

We thank Basileios and the other Hosts for their hospitality and support. We didn't meet them, but they were always ready and available and gave us help and helpful suggestions for our vacation. We are happy to have chosen this apartment, because it was a great home of reference and we felt comfortable. The apartment is located in a strategic area, also to get around on foot and easily reach the most central and characteristic neighborhoods of Athens. At the same time, it is quiet, spacious, with balconies on 2 sides, on the sixth floor and there is no noise. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and satisfactory stay: the kitchen is complete and equipped with everything, the bathroom has a large shower, the beds are comfortable and the living room well cared for and original design. Our stay lasted 5 days and we were able to easily visit the historic and beautiful city of Athens. Thanks again to the Hosts, congratulations and greetings!

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

Me and my wife stayed here with our two year old for our honeymoon and we were blown away! Evi was the best host we’ve ever had! She was so accommodating no matter what the request. So friendly and made us feel right at home in her beautiful house. We loved every second! Nothing was ever too much of a problem for Evi and she was always so quick to respond! The house was exactly as described (if not better) and we enjoyed it to the max. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is perfect. Everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. The views were great too. Evi was amazing with our little boy as well, so kind and generous. Thank you so much for making our stay so special!! We can’t wait to come again one day in the future🙌🏼❤️If you’re thinking about booking Evi’s place, do it!!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed at Anna’s place in Planka. Anna let us check in early because the apartment was ready. This really helped my family. We loved how close we were to all the main sights and to great places to eat. If you are visiting Athens and want a place with 4 rooms and close to everything, book this apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Chania. The apartment is spacious, well located and very good for my husband and I and our adult son. Kostas was such a helpful and accommodating host throughout our stay. Parking our rental car was easy and Kostas kindly met us on arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment and host. Thank you Kostas!

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a fabulous location - right in the middle of everything, but as the immediate area is closed to vehicle traffic it is very quiet. There are great restaurants and cafes right outside the door, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of four. Antonia was a wonderful and very helpful host. We highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

IMHO this was the best Airbnb we have stayed in since I became a member over 10 years ago. The host was immensely helpful with exhaustive set of information about the apartment and Athens, and he was very responsive. We used Constantine’s partner for Airport pickup and drop and that worked out extremely well. When we arrived, we were given a tour of everything inside the apartment. The place itself was perfect for our family, located in an excellent location relative to all the major attractions, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for Athens.

Great location with lot of restaurants and cafes around. City downtown and Acropolis are in walking distance. Super responsive host.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

highly recommended, a small flat in the heart of Athens. Our hosts were very friendly and always responsive, easy to check in, 10 minutes by taxi to the city center.

As a local boy originally, I'm very familiar with the location, so I knew it'd be exactly what I was after. The place itself was very large, super clean, and with all the great amenities and standard. We were able to leave out bags to pick up later too.

I had a really late check-in around 1:30 and Dimitris was there to open and show me the apartment along with insightful instructions for the area.The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made also check-out flexible. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!
