Cottage holiday rentals in Greece

We have just arrived home from a stay at the Beach House. The online photos don’t really prepare you for just how beautiful this place is. The view takes your breath away. Savvas has really thought of everything in this property. It is perfect. The beds are comfortable with beautiful soft linen. The bathrooms are vast with powerful, large showers. The air conditioning is wonderful . As for outside, the pool is incredible. It doesn’t feel loaded with chemicals and yet is spotlessly clean and warm. There are so many places to sit and enjoy that fantastic view. Most evenings we wandered into the restaurant next door and were very happy with just staying close to the house. You can hear the sea from the house and not much else. It is so peaceful. The beach is quick walk down a path and a great place to spend an afternoon. Savvas is a great host. The house was cleaned several times during our stay and he also organised airport transfers for us. This is paradise, with unforgettable sunsets!

Très mignon cottage, absolument fidèle aux photos et descriptif. La vue est superbe, les couchers de soleil mémorables. Eva est une hôte prévenante, présente et adorable. Ĺes petits déjeuners déposés le matin sont délicieux. Voiture indispensable: les restaurants et petits commerces sont à 15 minutes de route. Nous avons adoré ce séjour à Amorgos, chez Eva.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und den Gastgebern! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This places was amazing! Truly a gem! We found it last min on an overnight before we flew out, it’s 30 ish mins from the airport but really a beautiful quiet place! The hosts are amazing very proactive and friendly.

My husband and I stayed at Red House for a week with our 9 year old twins and had a wonderful time. You would be hard pushed to find a better view on the island and the location was perfect for strolling to dinner in the evenings. Hera and Andreas were perfect hosts and were immediately contactable throughout our stay. A most delicious breakfast was brought up in a hamper each morning and usually doubled up as lunch too as it was so plentiful. Our favourite places to visit were Orkos beach, Erimitis beach, Mongonissi and Ben’s bar. We hired a boat for the day from Papas which was great and particularly loved dinner at AKIS and Stasinos. We loved our stay so much and hope to return!

If I could give this home a 1000 stars I would! This was by far, hands down the most incredible place I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Every detail was considered and the service for cleaning was amazing. It was easy to just enjoy the day in one of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever had the privilege of viewing. The owners were incredible! The bountiful, delicious breakfast delivered each morning was exquisite! We simply could not have picked a better place! I actually told my family, if I’m ever missing, this is where you’ll find me.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

La villa est située à 15 km d'Argos dans un très beau site au calme. Toutes les pièces sont arrangées avec gout et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée (mais pas de lave-linge). Il y a même un jacuzzi très fonctionnel. Très bonnes attentions pour l'accueil : le frigo était rempli (4 pots de confitures maison, du beurre, du jambon, du fromage, une douzaine d'œufs, des fruits et même un pizza). Il y avait aussi une bouteille de vin, des friandises et une carafe de liqueur. Il y a eu malheureusement quelques coupures d'électricité mais l'hôte s'est investi pour remédier a ces désagréments et nous a même proposé de nous apporter un repas si le courant n'était pas remis avant la nuit.

Ioannis was a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and gave us a brief but informative tour of the place. He even made us breakfast in the morning. The cottage is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The place is cozy and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place!

What a spot of heaven. This little house is absolutely perfect in every way. 25 paces from the crystal clear sea, your own private beach shade, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great Aircon, lovely shady areas in the garden and all a beach stroll away from beach bars and great tavernas. We never normally go back to the same place twice but we already know we'll be back again and again and again. Flawless.

ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ ΧΩΡΟΣ. Ένα εξαιρετικό μέρος να μείνει κάποιος αν θέλει πραγματικά να ξεκουραστεί από την καθημερινότητα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεφτώ σίγουρα στο σύντομο μέλλον. Ολοι ήταν εξαίρετοι άνθρωποι που σε κάνουν να νιώσεις σαν στο σπίτι σου.

Amazing place and amazing host. This Airbnb has one of the best views I have ever seen, it is simply incredible. It has private access to the beach, which makes it a big plus in case you want to go for a swim and come back home. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and make the most of your holidays. The property is super well-equipped with everything you need and the host goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks so much for this amazing holidays

This was a wonderful stay!!! The area is beautiful and Christina had some great suggestions about a local tavern and coffee shop right on the beach. Pictures don’t do this little house justice. We rented a car and I think that’s absolutely the way to go as there are limited options within the town itself.

Viví is the queen of Zaros. Her hospitality and her food are absolutely amazing. Her apartments/studios are very well equipped for cooking and staying in for dinner, but why would you want to do that when you can walk 5 minutes to her restaurant and have a 5+ course amazing Greek meal with wine for 15€ per person?? And the breakfast that is included is huge and wonderful. My new favorite is her Greek yogurt blended with whipped cream with the ripest strawberries and a honey drizzle. But every morning is different as is every dinner. And her moussaka, wow!!! And while everyone we’ve met from Crete is amazingly nice and hospitable, Viví sets the standard. And Zaros is such a cool little town. Go to Kurtis olive oil and meet Nikos (he’s as amazingly friendly as Viví) and get 3 bottles of oil and several packages of olives and orange marmalade and olive oil soaps etc and spend less than 19€. We spent 2 weeks on the coast and I wish it had been here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Three Skylights. The house is so beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Views from the balcony across to the mountains and ocean are breathtaking and there are so many places to sit and relax it was hard to choose! The location of the house was a little further than we anticipated (a solid 10 minute drive up a very steep windy and narrow road) but the little bit of drive was definitely worth it for the serene location it offered. It is a tricky driveway for parking so be sure your hire car is not on the bulky side. Nancy and Irini were exceptionally accommodating and communicative. A little hiccup we had on arrival was easily solved thanks to Irini's help and local contacts. As cat lovers we fell in love with a couple of little of the feline residents and we were happy to fill their hungry bellies during our stay. The nearby town Paralia Tyrou has a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Portofino bar at Tigani Beach was fave

This place is pure heaven! we could have stayed for weeks! so many small and important details made our experience exceptionally great - like presents and special treats for the kids, the local wine for us and the food in the fridge, the decoration: how every spot in the house was sparkling clean, the warmth and care of Nina, the amazing host, that thought about everything and brought toys for our young kids later on, the heavenly view.. perfect, quite, amazing place in the nature! we are so happy we found this beautiful place ❤️ do not miss!!!

If you are looking for a secluded cottage in the hills with breathtaking views from all the windows, this is it! It is spacious for a couple like us, even has room for a child if you are a small family. The home has air conditioning which is appreciated in summer months. The outdoor porche is so relaxing and great for breakfast and evenings. The house was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom has a great shower and even has a great view! There are some restaurants with very friendly family serving nearby. And the seaside village of Portes is peaceful with a nice beach and seaside restaurants also. We enjoyed our stay - thoroughly relaxing! - and would love to come back!

Even though we arrived late (classic lost tourists!), Serafim was very accommodating, kind, available, and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and attention to detail, and set in the middle of a peaceful olive grove. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket, and there’s also an adorable dog on the property that made the stay even sweeter. The region is stunning, and we truly can’t wait to come back!

die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum, phänomenal restauriert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großartig ist das Außenbett, sehr erholsam, man kann hier in Ruhe das Meer genießen, absolut spitze ist der Sonnenaufgang. Matthaios war sehr hilfsbereit eine Folgeunterkunft zu finden und diese war mindestens genauso schön. Der Platz vor dem Haus eignet sich hervorragend für Yoga, Tai-Chi, o.a., ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwoche hier verbracht und mögen es abseits vom Massentourismus. Michaels Unterkunft mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, dem wunderschön angelegten Grün mitten in der Natur und sogar noch mit Blick aufs Meer war wie ein perfektes, ruhiges Liebensnest mit Vogelgezwitscher. Michael hat uns perfekt willkommen geheißen, mit Süßigkeit im Kühlschrank (wir sind selber noch zum Café gefahren, weil es so lecker schmeckte), Empfehlungen für die Gegend und netter Abschiedsgeste. Ich freue mich besonders über die Kaffeemaschine, für meinen obligatorischen Latte Macchiato. Besonders empfehlenswert fanden wir die Wandertour direkt vom Cottage aus zu Peters Rock und das Restaurant auf der Ostseite direkt am Meer sowie Paradies Kavourotripes Beach. Perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zulassen. Danke, Michaelis, Du bist ein lockerer, herzlicher Gastgeber.

Deze plek geeft je echt het allernooiste uitzicht over het grote meer Trichonida, fantastisch! Meer privacy kun je niet krijgen. We werden begeleid door mr. Georgio met zijn auto de bergweggetjes op, geweldig! we hadden gezelschap van 4 poezen, waaronder 2 kittens. Superlief maar je moet er wel van houden want ze laten je niet met rust We hebben hier een fantastische tijd gehad!!

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa en Benetia Cottage! El entorno es único, en una zona tranquila y está muy equipado para disfrutar! Pudimos ir a las Blue caves en kayak y fue una gran experiencia Magalie es una gran anfitriona, siempre dispuesta a ayudar Un lugar para recomendar !!!

θα το προτιμήσω ξανά ! το δωμάτιο και ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος! η παραλία ήταν 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! και το δωμάτιο είχε τα πάντα μέσα!!!!

We have just returned from 10 wonderful nights at Villa Marianthi Wow what an amazing stay we had! The Villa is very comfortable and it has the most amazing dreamy views. It is in a very peaceful, secluded and quiet spot surrounded by olive trees.. The pool area was fantastic along with the barbecue.. Eirini and Dora are the most warm friendly and lovely ladies, they made us feel very welcome! we will be returning next year… and I should imagine every year after that too!
