This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

This is a nice townhome on the south end of Moab. There are patios on the front and back of the home with a fire pit and grill available for guests to use. Great view of local ball field and red rocks. A foosball table in the home and complex amenities of pools, hot tub, playground area, tennis and basketball courts as well as picnic areas make this an extra fun place to stay. The main floor is polished concrete and countertops are poured cement to add a nice finish for your stay.

Perfectly located across the street from a beautiful park, city pool, Utah State Eastern Aggies Baseball field, hikes right out the front door and only 1/2 a mile from downtown.
