We are happy to share this aesthetic experience, so we welcome you to come to Guangyu Good House to experience life. Our design concept is to allow people in the space to temporarily be homebodies, stay in the house all day, get away from reality, and forget about the troubles and worries in life. The first floor of Guangyu Good House is mainly the entrance and dust area. Please follow the warm wooden stairs after the slippers. The second and third floors are the main activity spaces after you stay in Guangyu Good House. The house is private and will not be disturbed by strangers. There are two rooms on the second floor, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a bar On the 3rd floor there is a room, a bathroom, a living room, a balcony The three rooms have their own different design ideas and styles, with a Nordic feel of hand-woven and log tropical, or a style of classical art reinterpreted through modern aesthetics, and a simple interpretation of simplicity, we have all done careful polishing and stacking. The bed sets in each room are both supportive and comfortable, suitable for deep sleep, brand new inverter air conditioners, comfortable and design-conscious sofas and armchairs, hand-woven hanging chairs, multi-level space lighting, we hope that beauty is everywhere in the house.

There are lots of shops nearby, convenient for shopping. Free parking is available and the parking lot is within walking distance. Five minutes walk from the Science Park. We can accommodate up to 10 people at a time, and if there are more than 5 people, please let us know and we will make extra arrangements for you. Due to space limitations, this building is non-smoking and does not accommodate children under the age of 10 and pets. There is no elevator and it is not an accessible space.
