Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Greene County

My stay was amazing! The pool was right off the back porch of the suite. I walked to the Butcher Block restaurant for dinner and it was both an easy walk and a good meal! I didn’t need anything that wasn’t already provided in the room, and the instructions from check in answered every question I had. I met Kelly as I was just leaving for the morning. She was very friendly, made sure my stay was great, and wished me luck on my travels! I will be staying here again!

The Apt was in huge & in excellent shape, I thought the price was a bit high but still within an acceptable range. All amenities were as stated, but all may needs were filled. Walked daily on the adjacent Little Miami River Trail, which was awesome ! The nature of the building is prone to moisture and the dehumidifier was helpful ( A larger capacity one might be nice). Some under counter lighting in kitchen would be nice. The food at the Cartridge was very good, but the beer as a bit disappointing (certainly not the host’s fault)

Troy’s place was conveniently located in the middle of downtown Washington Court House, Ohio. Worked out perfectly for us during our time visiting Fayette County.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

We loved staying here. The Madison was immaculately clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages. It was easy to find, had good parking. It was in a nice part of town that was well lit and we felt safe; walking distance from a few great spots (Val's Bakery, Canal Street Deli, Warped Wing Brewing, The Barrel House, Dayton Beer Company) and a pathway along the river. The hosts provided great recommendations in the welcome book and even provided some local snacks. The apartment was well-styled and they added a few nice details that made it feel like home. They offered a few different ways to get coffee, one of which was freshly ground coffee/espresso downstairs in the main level lounge. This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in and would love to stay here again.

Chelsie's place was great! Super clean, updated and her pictures matched everything in the unit. She was also responsive to any questions we asked. Next time we visit London, we'll be staying at Sovereign Village!

This place was so clean, had everything we needed, enjoyed Cartridge Brewery which was walkable from our place, close to Mason, and right on the Little Miami river. Can’t wait to go back.

Sam’s place was great for the long term stay. She was very communicative and accommodating.

It took some logistics to support 5 men on a trip, but this one did. Nice quiet place in south Dayton. All went better than expected.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

More than we expected, beautifully decorated and feels like "home." Perfectly located close to downtown and to WEC. Would definitely stay again.

The team was responsive and worked through a heating issue and was able to let us check in to another property on site and earlier than our check-in time. The flexibility and communication of the team was great.

We booked Damon's place because of how close it was to the event we were attending over the weekend and it was perfect. It was also close to stores and restaurants in the area so we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to find what we wanted. The house was just right for me and my sister, it is super cute and comfortable. Thank you Damon, we appreciate your hospitality and we will be back!!

This home was beautiful. We had a small hiccup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. Communication was great and we definitely will be booking again in the future hopefully when’s it’s warm to enjoy the beautiful pool in the nice backyard.

Great location. Clean, comfortable, lots of extra amenities like bath, kitchen, drink option - including K-cups & creamer!!

The home was wonderful. It was so welcoming and peaceful there. Our host was very welcoming and prompt to respond when messaged. We would not have changed a thing. It was perfect!
