The cottage is less than a mile from Crump 'N Fox Golf; 2 miles from Northfield Mount Hermon; 10 minutes from Greenfield & Stoneleigh Burnham; 15 min to Brattleboro, Deerfield Academy, Bement & Eaglebrook; 20 min to UMass, Amherst & Northampton; 30 minutes to Keene NH & Shelburne Falls and 45 min to the Basketball Hall of fame in Springfield & Mt Snow VT.

This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

This is a furnished home in Greenfield MA. It’s great for Deerfield Academy, Eaglebrook School, Northfield Mount Hermon, and Stonleigh-Burnham families. We’re close to Berkshire East, Yankee Candle, and Magic Wings. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 5, 2 baths. Circa 1890, our home has a modern kitchen, comfy couches, and an eclectic antique-heavy decor. The period layout with all bedrooms upstairs and the antique decor may not make our home ideal for people with mobility challenges or young children.

Beautiful completely furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a private driveway and deck. Less than a half hour from skiing and 5 min away from snowmobile trails. It is located along the west river where every summer you can go tubing, swimming, or kayaking. Across the river is a bike/walking path that leads right to the Marina restaurant on Putney Rd in Brattleboro. Bakery/café, Art Gallery and Retreat Farm all close by A gorgeous view of the river and mountain across the street .

Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. We welcome all kinds of people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We may ask questions before accepting people who don’t have many prior reviews. We don't take pets, sorry.
