Possibility of whale watching. The house is located high in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Short walking distance to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarkets), restaurants, close to "Yellow Hiking Route" to Isfjorden. The home is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed sofa and 2 box mattresses in the loft).

This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside and smell the ice from Ilulissat Ice Fjord. There is a view of Ilulissat Ice Fjord, and from the house you can see both sail out to sea from the nearby harbor. If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

Boligen på 75kvm ligger med udsigt til ishavet med stor sandsynlighed for at se både pukkel- og finhvaler i sommermånederne. Der er stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og en dejlig stue med sovesofa. Køkkenet er veludrustet til at kokkerere så man slipper for at spise ude på byens dyre spisesteder. Taxa fra lufthavnen til boligen koster 120 kroner.

Drift off in the Up house is located on Upernaviup Aqq. B-130 A and is on the 2nd floor. The house was insulated in 2012/2013, when it also got a new kitchen, just as the toilet/bathroom was expanded. The house is fully furnished. This unique and quiet home. Qeqertarsuaq and Disko Island are known for their unique geological formations. Possibility to be picked up at the port and it's free! :) (P.S. there is no taxi or bus in the city)

If you are lucky, you will hear the whales sing while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace and if you have the courage and knowledge in kayaking you are free to grab the kayaks at the house - completely on your own risk - and get even closer to them and the great icebergs.
