One of the best places I have been! I would definitely stay there again!! Perfect house!

The Farmhouse was the perfect spot for parents and grandparents to stay for ECU graduation. There was plenty of room for 6 adults, everyone was comfortable, the house was immaculate and the peacefulness of the farm was a nice retreat from the crowds in Greenville for graduation weekend.

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

The place worked very well for us as a men's tennis team. Abundant bedrooms with queen-size comfortable beds and a fantastic game room in the garage area. The place has been modernized over time, and we were perfectly fine with the amenities. There are one and a half baths downstairs that cover 3 bedrooms (both outside the bedrooms) and one and a half baths upstairs that cover the other 3 bedrooms. However, the full bath is in the master bedroom and the half bath is in another bedroom. This may not be ideal for a large group of married couples. The house has a unique architecture and is a fun place to see and experience. What makes it a great place is the host and his responsiveness to any questions we had. He lives in a different part of the property which allows for easy communication and responsiveness. Another great attribute is the total cost which allowed us to stay together in a house for less money than a hotel stay for the same period. This was a game changer for us.

The place was super comfortable and setup with all the conveniences. location was great; close to downtown Greenville and near lots of stores, restaurants. We had an issue with the code to get the key but the host was quickly available and responsive to help us. Linens and basic toiletries provided which is a bonus. Thank you!

Everything went very well during our stay. The trailer is completely renovated and everything is immaculately clean. The property is very safe and private. The mini split AC units for each room are excellent and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again!

Leon’s property was perfect for our stay. He provided clear instructions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The house, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean. We will book his property next time we are in town.

The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful home for our big family. Very comfortable and lots of room for our family of eight. Very kid-friendly! Plenty of cookware, towels, toilet paper, etc. - all the little things. Host was very friendly and sent plenty of specific instructions to make our stay great. Loved that there was a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay - would have been sad to have no tree at Christmas.

The house was lovely and the views from the deck made the space! The kitchen was well stocked with items and the house was nice and clean. The door locks are weird and slightly confusing but once I called the host, I was able to figure them out. Also, its worth noting that the driveway to the complex is a long, dirt road but you are going to the right place!

What a hidden gem! We stay here with our children (8 and 5yo). The house was incredibly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wonderful view from the deck. The property is beautiful. We fished off the dock for hours and had a blast swimming in the pool. We even saw a dolphin swim within 20 feet of the dock! Oriental is a cute town nearby - we had great carry out from The Silos and went to The Bean for ice cream. Piggly Wiggly grocery store had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and have already booked our next trip! Thanks for having us.

This place is very well appointed - anything you might need was there! It's a lovely space, nicely decorated in an oceanside theme, spotlessly clean, with comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner offered access to a nearby recreation center, and we would have loved to but it was very much a working weekend for us and we did not have time to take advantage of that. There's plenty of parking available and getting in was quick and easy. Highly recommended and would rent again next time we need a place in the area!

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

My mother and I stayed here with her dog and it was a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is near everything and the hosts made sure the house had the basics so no need to run to the store. When another family member wanted to stay with unexpectedly, the hosts responded right away and ensured we had the code for the additional bedroom. Very comfortable stay. We will be back for sure when we are in town.

Tammy's house was WONDERFUL! It was well-decorated with nice furniture, nice linens and nice decorative touches (such as wall art and lamps). The couches and beds were comfortable and relaxing. The house included thoughtful amenities such as coffee pods, coffee creamer and toiletries. There were TVs and luggage racks in every room too! It was also incredibly clean. The backyard was awesome. You can tell that Tammy put a lot of thought and love into this home. FIVE STARS all around and I hope to come back someday!

I recently stayed at Manifest Lofts and had a great experience. The loft is even better than the pictures. The location was excellent - walking distance to the waterway, parks, and downtown’s shops and restaurants. The accommodations were clean and stylish, with several special touches providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication from Janene was top notch from check-in to checkout. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend Manifest Lofts to anyone looking to stay in Washington.

I have a great time staying at the ECU retreat! Great space to get away! William and his wife were more than helpfully on anything I needed! I will be staying with them the next time I come in town.

We had a quick stay for a day trip and it was a great place. We particularly liked how close it was to the downtown area and was walkable for us.

This stay reminded me of all the reasons I love my hometown. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!
