This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Apotheke, Ärzte, viele Restaurants und Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind schnell und großteils fussläufig erreichbar. On the roof terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open space kitchen. For relaxation, there is an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Sunshine Living

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.
