The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin. Well Cottage is a lovely cottage, very comfortable, ideal for 2 people. Detached house with private garden, located in a property of character, former Presbytery of a charming village. Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.
