Holiday rentals with a patio in Grésy-sur-Aix

Super accueil avec des surprises très agréables dans le frigo. Du café était également prévu pour le lendemain et même plus. Le logement était parfaitement propre et vraiment situé à 2 minutes du lac. On ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit il y a tout le nécessaire de base. Je dois noter le calme autour du studio, pas de bruit de voiture ou autre. Avant notre arrivée nous avons reçu plein de chouettes recommandations. Hôte super réactif et essaie de répondre à vos questions en apportant une vraie aide. Le studio est facile d'accès (même sans voiture) et il y a une supérette, une boulangerie, une pizzeria, un bar à vin, une pharmacie et des petits restau non loin. Veyrier est un très bel endroit. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter !

un havre de paix tout près du lac, mais à l'écart du tumulte, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre. les hotes sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. parfait !

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Annecy and at Mark's place. Valerie was really accommodating with our check-in and check-out and was super friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations for our stay. The apartment is bright, spacious and really comfortable. It's a little out of town but easily within walking distance of the old town. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Annecy and I hope to return at some point in the future 🙂

Axelle et Julien sont très accueillants, naturellement souriants et faisant le maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable. Ils ont les attitudes et les qualités pour devenir très rapidement des " super hôtes". Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Odette et J Claude

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour entre copines, chez Alain et Cristina. Le gîte est idéalement situé, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Cristina et Alain nous ont bien accueilli et les échanges ont été très agréables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amies pour un EVJF sur Annecy ! Le logement est trés bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour un groupe de 8 personnes : spacieux, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive. Merci pour cet accueil, nous gardons toutes un super souvenir de ce séjour !

Excellente expérience. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant, le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très bien équipé, propre, et la partie jacuzzi / hammam est magnifique. Le cadre est magnifique également. Je recommande chaudement

Superbe logement, à proximité du lac, et dans un très joli village! Super accessible avec le bus, qui s'arrête juste devant la maison.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Nino. Der Garten ist einladend und groß, sonnig, mit ausreichend Schatten, sodass unser Hund immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum Ruhen hatte. Unser Kind hatte auch sehr viel Freude, besonders mit den tollen Kinderbüchern. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nino war als Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir wurden ganz nett empfangen, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Alles in allem war alles bestens, herzlichen Dank!

Agréablement surpris par le logement, sa déco son confort et sa propreté. Sylvie et François sont des hôtes exceptionnels, Très discrets et à la fois très disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

bon séjour, appartement agréable, parking privé, tout s'est bien déroulé, juste un petit bémol : l'accès à la douche n'est pas facile d'occupation pour toutes personnes (handicapés, enceintes , ou ayant quelques rondeurs.).

Charmant studio fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable et jardin magnifique avec la rivière en contrebas. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
