Beautiful home, lovely pool, location was perfect, we could walk easily into the centre and a short drive to many lovely vineyards. House was well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Elaine was very easy to communicate with and check in / check out was straight forward. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

Good tip to spend some time in the Cliff Walk and best to go there in the early morning, peaceful place.

Beautiful home in an amazing location. Felt right at home - house is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street to feel very private but all within walking distance of anything you need. Jan was a great host and so was Eric who looked after us very well. Will def be back for future trips.

This was such a memorable experience. Spotless, beautiful,modern and at a good location. Enjoyed the king size bed and coffee and all the amenities. Alines dad was friendly,responsive and availing. I love the interior furnishings specifically the bath and the quiet tranqulity of the home as well the close proximity to whale coast mall and the waterfront. I would recommend this place to others and it was a wonderful commemoration of my parent's 70th birthday. .

We loved our stay, a little retreat snuck away in nature, while still central and close to all amenities. The landscaping was done very inteligently, creating such good privacy to the main road, framing beautiful vistas from the lounge and main bedroom without a need for boundary walls. The social spaces are very well arranged and the games room upstairs is such an enjoyable space. We were all.enchanted by the semi private path to the beach over the bridge and through the vlei, with all the birds and insects. We were visited by an otter and there were two hadedas that slept every night on the roof ridge. There is no TV and the main room upstairs doesn't have a door, which might put some people off but we didn't mind. The house is very well-equipped and we were very comfortable. The outdoor shower is lovely and the social spaces are very well organized, especially the enclosed verandah, which is perfect for an afternoon nap or a lively family meal time around the braai. We had a wonderful weekend at Goodluck Homestead celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. From babies to young kids to parents to grandparents, all needs were catered for. Spacious common areas, with plenty of nooks to sit and relax. A playroom for the kids, a dam to paddle and swim in, a hot tub, fire pit, games, books, farm animals, gorgeous gardens and fresh produce on arrival. It was divine. We'll be back.

The house was prefect. Clean , spacious and well equipped. Elda was super nice, she was very patient and super helpful with recommendations. I had seen a review before complaining about noise, it was very quiet when we were there. We had zero issue with getting a lot of rest. We had a really good time. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It’s tastefully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and had so many extra amenities that made our visit really comfortable. The host and her family were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, they went out of their way to make us feel at home and gave us great local tips. We especially appreciated the extra touches to accommodate our son and baby. It made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location is convenient yet peaceful, on a quiet street with a lovely garden. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay.

Perfect location, close to town but still far away so that you could relax. Farm is beautiful, with an amazing spot to have sundowners while surrounded by the majestic Franschoek mountains. Manager was responsive, super helpful and flexible.

What a beautiful apartment with amazing views 🤩. The sunrise over the mountain was so spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. Picasso always there to assist with anything. What a lovely host. Will definitely come back.

Sunet has a heart of gold and a beautiful soul, she has really mastered the art of hospitality and comfort. The way she makes her guests feel at home and comfortable is truly remarkable. Her love for food shows in her meals.

We were able to stay for a few days at short notice and were delighted with the friendly welcome, the beautiful house and the inventory equipped down to the last detail. You can quickly reach the city and the GearingsPoint on foot. Clear recommendation for this beautiful accommodation.

Thera was such a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful, and she made us feel so comfortable and at home in her beautiful garden cottage. The perfect place for a break from the city, Thera had put so much thought into making the space as relaxing as possible. Try and book on a rainy day, the sound of the rain on the roof was such a treat, and the cottage stayed warm and cosy.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

Very nice place to stay. Maybe a warning that other people are on horses around the farm and the dam is not very accessible or easy to swim in.

We had a perfect stay at Debbie's Fish Eagle cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a win. We loved being so deep in nature. The dam was perfect for us to paddle on. Debbie and James her assistant were friendly and helpful. It was a slice of heaven. Thankyou for the perfect getaway.

Beautiful place to stay with lots to do. The farm is great for hiking, running and cycling but also just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Our stay at Brett's was peaceful, we got to spend real quality time as a family. The board games kept us busy and we were almost, always together. If you are looking to get away from the stressors of everyday life look no further than Brett's. The cabin is beautiful and neat, Brett is kind and communicates well.

Mike’s place is well located , spotless and very well equipped, spacious and stylishly decorated. I would highly recommend the unit. Mike was an attentive host , and checked on us all the time x
