We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay here was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better house and host for celebrating a family members birthday with all the family.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The games room was a massive hit with the teenagers in the group. Perfect location for exploring the area. Kristin was a perfect host and was on hand to answer any queries if we needed them. Would definitely visit again!

Alison’s place was everything you could hope for in a find: clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Everything you could think you need was available, and she was very helpful in providing anything extra. The cherry on top was meeting her wonderful dogs, George and Dobi. A fantastic stay overall.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Lovely stay in Anna’s cottage. The location was quiet, but not far from the village by car. The cottage is more spacious than it seems in the photos and the bed very comfy. Anna was very responsive and I was grateful that we could extend our stay at short notice.

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at Claire’s house. There was plenty of room downstairs for us all to fit comfortably with a nice lounge area, complete with 3 sofas, and a good size dining area. The kitchen was well set up with everything you need to cook your own meals. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, but you do need to be careful in the top bedroom that you don’t hit your head on the sloping ceiling! Private off street parking is always a bonus. Claire was very helpful and friendly in all correspondence.

our family mini break here was fantastic.Large modern kitchen to envy . Rest of home full of character,very homely, plenty of space and a wonderful garden. plenty of activities for the children.

We have had the most wonderful time, Sarah was a fantastic host and even left home made treats. She gave great restaurant suggestions, every one was delicious and left very clear information on local walks. The accommodation was even better than the photos. Finished to a really high standard with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It’s is so tranquil and relaxing, we absolutely loved the view across the field of sheep. Honestly me and my husband had the best trip we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property, we felt right at home immediately. Really gorgeous house, so peaceful and in safe surroundings. Absolutely nothing not to love - would definitely book here again. Comfy beds, plenty of fresh towels, cosy lounge, nice big terrace table, just all gorgeous to be honest!!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Immaculate and peaceful house, beautifully kept and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the open plan kitchen space and terrace. Everyone was very comfortable - great beds, linen, towels, well equipped kitchen, children’s kitchenware, really everything we could have hoped for. The host was very prompt with replies to a question prior to checkin and we had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back (or just live there permanently!).

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.
