Welcome to our villa in Gilleleje Here you will find a modern villa in the middle of nature, overlooking the forest and only 800 meters from Kattegat's child-friendly beach. Here you can wake up to birdsong, enjoy the sun in the south-facing garden or gather the family on the terrace for barbecue in the warm evening sun. Meanwhile, the children can romp on the trampoline, play ball or go on little adventures in the woods behind the house. In a few minutes you can walk to the train station, from which you can quickly get to Helsingør, Hillerød or Copenhagen

Unique villa in the heart of Dronningmølle, at the end of a closed road, 50 meters from a private entrance to Dronningmølle beach. You rent an entire home of 140 m2 with its own exit to a private, enclosed garden. The summer home consists of an entrance, laundry room with all washing facilities, and two complete bedrooms with TV. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen with wood stove is connected to a very large living room. You get a nice sun terrace with shelter and outdoor shower.

Highly located on a gravel road, right by “downtown” with shopping and cafes and beach. Up here you have either Strandvejen or Lokalbanen in the backyard. We have the cozy yellow "pig". The house is about 70 m2 and designed after remodeling in 2019 for luxury comfort for the couple. However, there are two small guest rooms and a sofa.

Et sommerhuset med plads til 8 personer, kun 5 minutters gang til Rågeleje Strand , 2 restauranter og isbutik. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden og tæt på Heatherhill. Huset ligger på en rolig lukket vej, er i 70'er style på 100m2 indrettet med en blanding af stilfuld 70'er og moderne møbler. Bryggers, åben køkken med bar, loungestue, spiseområdet, 3 soveværelser og badeværelse med karbad. Masser af udendørsplads til at grille, hygge, leje og spille bold. Billederne taler for sig selv.

Very centrally-located place. Grocery shopping is also with in walking distance plus there are 3 small pizza restaurants and a local pub. Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.

In addition to the 2 bedrooms, extra beds can be made up on the sofa, dream bed and floor mattress. There is also a weekend bed for baby/small child. Large garage for car. The Jacuzzi cannot be used. It is disconnected.

Dejligt nyere sommerhus fra 2018 i det gamle sommerhus kvarter i Gilleleje. Med hele 128 kvm er der plads til hele familien i de 3 store soveværelser samt i den store stue med åbent køkken. Huset har stort badeværelse med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Huset er lyst og der er udsigt til den dejlige have fra både stue og træterrasse. Haven byder på stor græsplæne samt en bålplads og separat terrasse, hvor man har morgensol. Specielt om sommeren, kan der forekomme noget støj fra vejen.

In the basement there is a washing machine, foosball and table tennis.

Hyggeligt hus med skøn og frodig have tæt ved marker og gode gåture i det naturskønne område. 4 km fra hav og skov. Gode mtb spor i Tisvildehegn. 1 km til indkøbsmuligheder. 45 km til København, gå afstand til togstation. Der følger to søde katte med i udlejningen. De har fri adgang til huset via kattelem. Derudover er der to marsvin, som bor udenfor, samt høns der går frit i haven. Man er meget velkomne til at spise deres æg.
